Probably the worse tender fresh branch in Sengkang’s area. Can smell staff shoe and sock at dinning table, dine area is a storage space and it’s been getting bad review for cleanliness but nothing is done for years. Will need to highlight to NEA for cockroaches under the tables and at the walls.

Purely review based on waiting time and staff attentiveness. Ordered just one item on the menu and after me there was zero queue until maybe 10 mins later. However, those people who came after swiftly got their order until I prompted the staff that I have been waiting for a good 15 mins. To this, they say they will immediately do it and I got my order in a minute. Meaning the item has long already been ready to be pieced together to pass to me? Mind u, it’s a simple chicken cutlet rice only.

The plates they served weren’t even cleaned. Same with the mushroom soup which had also turned bad. So we didn’t even eat it even after they replaced it. The kitchenware were really dirty.

Ordered from Foodpanda, and this is the 2nd time the order got it wrong. 2x I ordered for roasted wings rice but was sent the crispy one instead. Delivery was fast and food ok tho.

Place is so hot, French fries were so hard is totally like eating biscuits. Staff offer to change new fries too bad place was to hot and left

Chicken fried way too brown. Probably due to oil being overused. Rice is also a little too wet for my liking. Somehow not quite the same standard as other tenderfresh joints.

Service is rubbish. The guy taking the order entered the wrong price for paylah transaction. (117.8 sgd instead of 17.8 sgd). He didn't even apologise. His colleague then tried to process refund back to my card for like 10 mins. I had to tap like 5 times before i gave up and told him to refund me in cash. The best thing is they didn't even prepare my order until i reminded them. After all this bad experience, none of them apologised for the hassle they caused.

Don’t waste ur effort go tabao. Counter staff don’t serve you , they only care about the Delivery order. Can ask u to wait for 20 minutes but end up have to wait for one hour to collect my order 😤

The staff are not communicative at all. Service is slow and got my order wrong. When i question about my order, the young staff told me to ask the cashier uncle and the cashier uncle said he never heard.
