Worst KFC ever in SG. Do not order from mobile app in this branch. Waited 30 mins after my collection time. They choose to serve physical order over the counter immediately than to clear their backlogs of mobile order. There is even once where 3 physical orders were served before the queue number for mobile order moved. This is extremely terrible considered that KFC recommends contactless ordering in their app. After collecting the food, i check that the food is actually cold because the food is there on the tray all along, but the packing of the food is extremely slow.

Ordered a take away burger and found it cold & harden when I eat it after 10mins. This shows that the food is not freshly made or the heater for food not working. No seating area for this KFC, the seating areas in front (without aircond) seems to be for the zhi char.

Order for delivery, they give the order to panda go late 10 mins. Order arrive the setting in the box is like the chicken, nugget and tender was having a war world 3 like that no appetite at all. Can overall in charge Adeline get back to me on this

I think this branch should open one more counter during peak hour at evening dinner time. Basically one man show Glen. Ask for thigh give me otherwise. Table is full of receipts. If u want business open one more counter . One counter will make you loss your sales!

Just ordered the chicken tenders (3 pieces). Cost is SGD4.50nett. It is so SALTY, it is almost inedible. The texture is a little dry, which i normally would not care about for a mediocre fast-food chain like KFC. The picture i attach is after consuming one and a half pieces. They still use plastic bags to pack takeout foos in this day and age-i don't need the plastic bag. Service is not terrible but also not good enough. The queue was relatively short but i was left standing at the cashier for several minutes eventhough i can see at least five crew standing around that were not completely occupied. I get it that the cashier is the order taker and that person was gone for a short while but a few people standing around... i think can be better since i can see two open cash registers. Thr second cashier appears to be occupied with one other customer who was slow. Ambience is average. It is a small outlet which doesn't have its own tables/chairs for sitting and is set up primarily for takeaway and delivery. It is uncomfortably warm inside the glass doors because of the heat from the kitchen and poorly maintained air conditioner barely blowing from the ceiling. Makes people want to leave as soon as they can. In future, i will get my fried chicken a few doors down.

I would like to respond to an older aunt who had a bad attitude at 9pm on May 11th. I'm a consumer and I'm here to buy what I want, not to deal with what you call being emotional. If you are unhappy about anything, please tell your family at home. Instead of taking it out on your customers. I came to buy the food I wanted, I did nothing wrong, I bought it at your store. She using the "throw" method to pack the food I bought. It's not the first time I've come to this store to buy food, but it's the first time I've come to face your emotions. Really bad impression.

Came on 11/04/2023 afternoon and was served by one of Malay middle age lady. Can KFC teach her how to do customer service??? She was so unfriendly. If she is not happy with her job then do not work lah! Like people owe money from her!

This is my first and last time eating here. This is by far the worst KFC I've been to. Staff are rude, it's like they are unmotivated to work. No proper dining area. Food quality is subpar. Just close this branch already.

10Aug2023 The Original is extremely salty. On 11Feb2022 Raining whole day and No Crispy Chicken. The alternative Crunchy Lays collaboration introduced is extremely terrible. The chicken extremely salty. The MSG bites into the tongue. How can KFC introduce such terrible food? Before rolling out an item, who authorised? Aren’t there foodies within the company to try before a roll-out? On 6Feb2022 encountered two GEMS • pleasant disposition, friendly, courteous and helpful. The Crispy Chicken good. The Milo terrible. All the drinks are terrible. No more Chicken Skin which is a promo item, not on the regular menu.

Very disappointed with the service from KFC. Have eaten in person at this outlet before with no issue but the delivery experience was not good. I ordered a delivery for 7.15pm for a birthday dinner a few days ago. The delivery was late at 7.35pm. When it arrived I realised the 5 medium sized mash potatoes were missing. I called the helpline and they said they would get the branch (buangkok) to send it asap. Waited an hour. By 8.30pm it still was not here. Called the helpline again and they said they would call the branch to chase it. But the mash potatoes never came at all the whole night. Emailed in to KFC a few days ago but no reply thus far.

Biggest complain is the staff. Staff there are rude and most have attitude, especially the indian man at the counter, have had many bad experiences with him please train him properly. Food is meh sometimes good sometimes bad very inconsistent but giving poor rating because of staff

If can give 0 start, I will give 0 star. Worst service I experience in my life. No wonder the review very bad and less customers. The old lady aunty really had bad attitude very rude. I hope KFC management can look into this outlet service staff standard service. If not, can just close this outlet. Today is last time come to this outlet. Rude and bad service from the staff.

Staff here are rude and most have attitude, especially the Indian man at the counter, have had many bad experiences with him. First time he shamed me when I ordered two sets of meal and he said loudly “one set not enough for you that you have to go for second round” Come on! Just so happen that my hubby loves kfc so he decided to join me after work. And today, I claim my birthday treat. Totally an xxx service. If could give him 0 star will give him!!!

I recently visited KFC Buangkok and unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience with their service, particularly at the counter. The individual assisting customers, an Indian guy, displayed an unprofessional and arrogant attitude throughout my visit without a fair reason. His demeanor was far from welcoming, and his customer service skills left much to be desired. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of courtesy and respect, as it significantly impacted the overall enjoyment of my meal. The unpleasant experience has left me questioning the quality of service at this KFC location. To management: I hope the management takes note of these concerns and addresses the issue promptly to ensure that all customers receive the service they deserve. To customers: McDonald's is right up there on the other side of the road.

Chicken “drumstick” shorter than my finger was served with the Bak Kwa burger box. Should be renamed drumlet—approximately the size of two chicken nuggets if I’m being generous. The fries were cold, the chicken patty for the burger was rubbery. Oh, and Jennifer the counter staff doesn’t serve you food she chucks it at you.
