Well, le mom bought this as a takeout for me around 1.30pm on a weekday. Considering that she didn't comment on the services, I assume customer service wise was alright. Food wise, that's 2 huge pieces of fried chicken cutlet, fries, Coleslaw and bun. This is a huge portion that could fill 2 smaller stomachs for $7+! Beneath the bun is a generous portion of mayonnaise, tho not a big fan of mayonnaise. Chicken cutlet was crisp outside and tender inside, coleslaw was also nice. Fries weren't that good when I ate it, would probably be better if it wasn't a takeaway. Bun was average. Would still say it is worth a try, considering how affordable it was. Such portion is enough to make me feel like a Fatty Bom Bom.

Ordered the Supreme Burger. It's rather disappointing as the amount of meat sauce given was almost non-existent. It's my first time ordering from this outlet, but not my first time ordering from Fatty BomBom chain. Am giving 3 stars as the burger and fries still taste good. But the Supreme sauce is really very different in portion from the other outlets.

The staff take order fast. Waiting time acceptable. The staff look kind of super busy with taking order, receive payment and cooking food. The food was good. The portion is just nice. Recommended.

They are good at fries. However when I returned for the medium done beef steak it was disappointing. It's just so so. One good point was the staff cut the steak to small pieces as the plastic utensils are not cut for the job. This made it easier to eat. If I want something for tea break, I may consider the fries. But trying other dishes will need more persuasion as they are available everywhere at other coffee shops.

We visited Fatty Bom Bom bedok outlet on 11 august for a late dinner. There was only one staff working, manning the cashier, the walk -in order grabfood and food preparation. We received our food considerably fast. The food looks apetising, and it tastes just like what a western food normally tastes like at any hawker centre in SG. Definitely loved the Bun most. The sauce compliments and carries the dishes. As you can see from the pictures, they gave a generous serving of sauce. The price is reasonable for the portion and no. Of dishes ordered. When craving for Western food, we will consider getting from Fatty Bom Bom outlet.

I’m surprised by the display of the food. I’m pamper by nice presentation western food and this is one straightforward army style “just eat”. I choose coleslaw over fries, I’m trying not too eat too oily food. Will be nice to have some broccoli but anyway this stall is always crowded. The taste is ok average pepper taste. Still a good early dinner for me.

Ordered the black pepper chicken chop. Looks very different from the photo. While the chicken slab was thick, there is a strange taste to it. Meat tasted very rare… like it has not been marinated. Will NEVER eat again.

1.30pm lunch, food court breezy and not crowded. First try. Impressive crunchy breaded chicken fried to perfection, fresh coleslaw and tasty fries. One staff but super efficient. Highly recommend.

Ordered the grilled fish for takeaway. Since I was the only customer, it was quite fast. The staff had a bit of a difficulty pulling out the PayNow QR code for me to pay so I ended up paying cash. The takeaway box looked nice but trapped too much condensation in it. My fries were all soggy by the time I reached home :( The fish prepared and packed in my box looked sad, nothing like the picture on their board, really hate false advertisement. Fish was salty, the gravy that came with it was even saltier. Won't recommend takeaways. Perhaps dining in would be the better option unless you don't mind soggy food.

Was initially disappointed that fries cannot he changed to the healthier mash potato (only coleslaw..but that means no vegetables) - something for management to look into? Nevertheless the generous portion size of fish made up for it. Appreciative of the blue-capped lady chef.
