I have been to Domino's for the first time in Singapore and this was one of the outlets located in Arab St (15 minutes walkable from the Little India area). The staff seems to be new since one of them was unaware of a few products and offers though was able to manage to check with the colleagues. Also, initially I have been asked to wait for 45 minutes but the order was ready to serve within 25 minutes. If you're pure vegetarian then you must try Very Veggie and Rom Margherita as you will have only these 2 options. Also, you will be able to customize your pizza and ask them not to include any meat. It's a very cozy place to sit though you would find decent space for 2 people. I would definitely recommend this outlet to try once.

Food is done and prepared excellent. Clean and pleasant environment. Polite customer service. 2 thumbs up for Domino's. Manager in duty did an excellent and awesome service. Staffs are polite. Everyone was well groomed. Bravo

Very friendly and cheerful staff. It opens till quite late which is great for late dinners. There’s great promo on the pizza. Do check it out!

Friendly staff and opens until late. We ordered late at night but staff still cooks everything perfectly. Nice to have late night snacks. Wish it could open until even later

I ordered online in the national day and after I paid they told me that the order will take more than 3 hours to arrive. So I told them to cancel it. They cancelled the order and promised a refund and till this day they didn’t send the refund. What a scam and what a terrible service.

WE DIDN’T LIKE THE TASTE ! This dominos doesn’t have the similar taste as in other countries. It’s not comparable to Indian dominos at all.

Came here super hungry at 10:15pm to eat pizza. Asked the lady at the counter if we can dine in because the store is supposed to be closed at 11pm and it only takes a few mins to finish a pizza. The lady at the counter was showing attitude and when I asked can we dine in since it’s supposed to be open till 11pm? She told on our face yeah but we need to clean with such a rude tone. Now sitting roadside to eat the pizza. Thanks dominos for the great experience on eating pizza which is supposed to be a late night craving. If the staff doesn’t like their job, they should just quit and find a better one they like.

Worst experience ever. Delivered wrong probably contaminated food and there was no way to contact them as they simply don’t pick up phone calls and the delivery person just dumped the food and ran in a rush. Had to physically carry it back to store and even after mentioning the problem they were unapologetic about it. Wasted my time, energy, money and mood! Dominos should take customers for granted but offering such a bad service and experience. It is these kind of things that leads to failure of a big company!

It’s a complete disaster with my grab order.I have been apologised for my mistake of putting the wrong phone number hence was not delivered successfully but the staff keep on emphasising “it’s my fault” which honestly I KNOW.Asked me to reorder again and said that they can’t refund me the money for the previous order. Appreciate it Domino.

My daughter was craving for pizza. I ordered 3 pizza and chicken wings at 5.30pm. The order was only delivered at 7.30pm. Food was cold, and order was incomplete. They failed to deliver one pizza. I called them and they said they will arrange to send down the missing pizza. We still didn’t receive the missing item past their closing time. Terrible experience with Domino’s. Avoid them unless you want to waste your money. Update: Domino will not send missing item. They will give you a coupon instead. So you’ll need to spend more money (additional delivery charges, etc) for their mistakes. That says a lot how they treat customers.

This place sucks, absolutely sucks. Waited over 1 and a half hours for my pizza, and it still didn't come. Store hotline is non-existent. No matter how you call them no one will pick up. Utter rubbish this place.

I went to Dominos at 1910hrs (4/4/24) at Arab Street, i ordered over at the counter. The malay male staff, wearing red tshirt uniform refused to take my order and said that it was "break fast" timing. He informed to order online. which i did try to order however, the order that i wanted do not have it online. when i consulted him, he mentioned that it was "break fast" timing and unable to proceed with my order. I am fasting myself. I have informed him that i will make a feedback on this and he mentioned to feedback until he get sack. he also mentioned he worked alone and he is taking care for 3 counters, working for more than 70hrs. please educate your staff member. I'm also working in service line and this should not be the way he respond to his customers. i expect a reply from the management
