The only restaurant that I know; offers cold or warm water the moment you sit down. Instead of charging for water like the majority of restaurant. Second reason, they hire special needs staff. Awesome! 3rd is affordability and serving good ice cream. Kudos Swensen's 😀

Please work on the air condition, it’s hot here. I know not your fault. Your staffs are friendly and our group like to talk to them. My friends and I enjoyed our dinner at Swensens! The food was okay, I had the BBQ chicken. Chicken was tender and the sides were nice, just hoped that the sauce wasn't so sweet :) Staffs were very accommodating as well. Will come back again!

Ordered my usual chicken baked rice which was good. But the fish and chips we ordered was badly battered and fish was not tasty - 2 of us shared this and couldn't bring ourselves to finish it. So it was a rather disappointing meal.

My son at swensen's about 6:39 pm on Saturday, so he say need queue for 1 hour. The staff say will call us soon but we waiting till 7:55 pm. We are happy to dinn in about 8 pm and the staff was so friendly. The good is yummy. Thanks

Double disappointing experience. In Jan, I ordered a birthday cake online for my eldest daughter. When they delivered the cake, we received a cake of a totally different design and it was deformed (as shown in the photo). We wrote in and they said they sent a wrong cake, and compensated with a voucher instead of sending us the correct cake. Recently, I decided to given them a 2nd chance and ordered another birthday cake for my youngest daughter. This time, I went down personally more than a week in advance to order the cookies and cream cake. Yesterday, when I went to the restaurant to collect, the waitress told me twice that they do not have the flavour I ordered and asked me to change to another flavour (pointing to the cakes in the showcase fridge). When I refused, she called the manager who happened to be the one who took my order. Without even checking, he told me the same thing that the flavour I wanted was not available and for me to change to another flavour. I refused as I already ordered my daughter's favourite. Upon seeing that I refused to change, they went into the kitchen area and then came out with my cookies and cream cake. I can't help but to think that the restaurant is really trying very hard to clear their leftover cakes and not respecting the customers' order.

Decided to sacrifice hawker food for Swenson as the weather is super hot. Had a great meal. Ordered the Caesar salad with deep fried fish bites, Spaghetti and chicken thigh in herb sauce. Meal $59. Food tasted ok but not fantastic. Service was fast and smooth.

Loved their carbonara pasta and Coit Tower ice cream. Service is good but the restaurant can be busy. The menu has been redo to provide more selections.

Food is great as usual. I got the grilled dory with sambal sauce and 2 sides..Sambal taste great and spicy. Mac and cheese as a side was tasteless. Would not recommend that. Salted gula melaka icecream is a bomb! Its a small outlet and can get noisy during peak hours.

I have been a big fan of their salmon and mushroom baked rice for many years. It is my go to dish every single time I visit a swensens outlet. I ordered just the salmon and mushroom baked rice and the final bill was $20+ and quite frankly, I find it quite expensive. This time around my experience with the service from this outlet was subpar. I visited here at 3:30pm on a public holiday, quite an unorthodox time for lunch but people do visit here for their desserts. Since it was a public holiday, the crowd was slightly more compared to a normal day with the restaurant at 30% occupancy. Despite the low amount of customers, it was difficult for me to get the attention of the service staff. I wanted to request some water and cheese flakes but they were rushing from front to back and sometimes would disappear completely. As someone who has had years of experience in the F&B industry, I might be more critical of the level of service. Overall, my experience would have been better if the staff had gone through the proper service and etiquette training required for working at a restaurant.

Ordered a grilled dish and discovered that the photos in the menu are quite misleading. I had assumed the that meat would come with some vegetables and the 2 free sides are add on the what was shown on the plate. Alas I was wrong hence their grilled dishes are actually quite overpriced.

I haven’t been visiting Sweden for a long time. Today went to J8 and was not crowded so decided to have lunch . My steak came tough even the chef did cook as what I requested but I guess the quality of the meat is not good.The staff server are friendly and loud that you won’t feel you are having lunch in a restaurant.when I make my payment at the cashier I told the manager about the quality of the meat and maybe they should change another supplier she just kept quiet without acknowledging what I’m trying to tell her. It’s a feedback why she don’t replied at all . Anyway will not even come anymore.

Food - perfect! Terderloin - cook as per our orders. They offer free ice cream on your birthday! This is a great place to celebrate birthday! Perhaps this place is under staff. Yet, they response promptly. They pay attention to us! We appreciate your service! You made our day here with you, on our special friend birthday's celebration!
