Small outlet. It has a drive thru that gets long car queue sometimes. The restaurant itself has limited seats, and yet half of the restaurant is allocated for parties, so if there is a party being hosted, the already small number of available seats will effectively reduced by half. Other than that, this outlet is mostly quiet.

The McDonald’s staff are helpful with our orders and deliver to our cars. The part we didn’t like was exiting the gantry of this drive-through because it is always delayed because of faults with the machine and the exit hits the main road directly which is considerably dangerous for many drivers with poor judgement.

One of the MacDonald with a drive thru. Previously (about 20 years ago), it was a standalone MacDonald building, with a drive thru and a big garden. Standard MacDonald service and food. Still considered sufficient seating space despite the Covid safe distancing measures. Considerate staffs to allocate some space and seats for the food delivery people to rest while waiting for the food. Good to download the MacDonald app to get some freebies. Overall experience was good.

Relatively empty of people on a Sunday late afternoon. However, the outlet was having a very brisk business with non-stop food delivery packages being prepared and picked up by waiting riders.

I did a take out and was also there as a delivery rider. Cannot imagine how regular delivery riders feel about this. Orders stacked and no one at the counter. I waited a good 50 mins for my order. The manager , Atira, who was there was rude also. Did pick up order for myself, was faster than delivery order. Usually the flow here is fast for deliveries, the manager today was just full of attitude and walked slow with no sense of urgency. Please don’t give the excuse that it was busy. Even if you are, a headsup to the riders will be good. We are all just trying to make a living right?

Parking is Expensive. Turning point at the exit barrier should be rebuilt It's very narrow and too many accidents because of poor planning of the exit barrier by the building owner or the parking contractor. It is no brainer to build a practical exit. I think parking is an outsourced parking company and they don't care as long as they make money and pay commission to the building owner. Please consider proper planning and exit planning for the building exit. Too many issues with barrier EPS always delay and block the cars. It's time to update.

Went to Macdonald's to pick up some ice cream and the latest coconutty pie for dessert after dinner. It was rather packed with delivery drivers, not many diners. Had to wait a while for our small order, but it was understandable given the business of the outlet.

Was at the drive through queuing and when it's my turn at the intercom the screen is blank and I didn't hear anything and anyone speaking. So I continue to drive forward to the counter. The lady said that she couldn't hear me clearly and I told her I didn't hear anything at all. So I said, can I give you my order and she said "you are supposed to order from the intercomm". Angry and with no alternative except to queue again or stopped car to go and buy, we leave. My son and I are looking forward to a delicious meal with Mcdonald's and they just disappoint us. My son actually teared.. Thanks McDonald's!!

Remote MacDonald with drive-through serving neighbourhood well for a few decades. The staff are professional. Witnessed a staff dash out of MacDonald and even blend over the barrier gate out of on road, almost reaching open road to catch the leaving vehicle and to pass the diver uncollected order.

My usual go-to Mac as its much more nearer to my house. ☺️ Food served hot and service was good as well. Just that sometimes i think its a little small and might get really really crowded on weekends night.. Looking forward to see them upgrade this macdonald in the future 🥰

ordered via grab. never give me my apple pie. called and told me to contact grab as according to SOP. not my first time ordering from this outlet and not the first time they forgot some items but other staff are able to send over but not this malay male manager, zuhairi or what his name is. so before you guys eat, check all the orders are correct as most of them are slackers

A small and uncrowded remote McDonalds with a drive thru located at Yishun area. The place felt very chill and although its a McDonalds outlet it gave a very nice ambience similar to a small town American diner as it isn't as crowded as other outlets. The service was good and the food is the same as the other outlets. 🍔🍟🥞🍦

ordered from grab food , breakfast wrap set with mocha frappe , and theres barely chocolate drizzled on it ? and u called that mocha frappe ? seriously , u dont just ching chai the order just because its from online order you know . really disappointed with the order . wont order from this outlet anymore

Have visited this place many times and always good. The staff are all very kind. But on 12 March 650pm, we went to drive through… she was very rude and when we asked if the size of the cone was at a right size as it was significantly smaller than the usual cone…. She just said yes is 2 and a half turns ?? and just left the window.

Be prepared to pay ‘entrance fee’ for this McD drive thru’. Orders from 3 cars take more than 15 min and u will incur parking fee that cannot be waived. Bravo McD, avoid this outlet at all costs.
