Meh. Needs improvement. I ordered five separates meals for take-out - one three-piece chicken and four sandwiches. This took over twenty minutes to prepare. Way over-priced. $72 for five simple meals. The clerk asked if he could combine all of the fries into one box. I agreed but this turned out to be literally a handful of fries for each person. The sandwiches were not labelled (I ordered two spicy and two regular). Overall, the food was tasty. I will say that the staff were courteous and polite.

After eating at this restaurant 3-4 times with my friends, we have gotten quick and excellent service. we enjoy the food and the restaurant is bright, airy and spotlessly clean. But so far, the Staff is the most outstanding feature for us regardless of what restaurant one is talking about!

Absolutely awful. They serve expired/spoiled beans and rice. You can see in the picture how watery this "food" item is. What a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Always getting online order wrong!! When I order sprite, I expect sprite NOT root beer! Rice and beans is so pathetic and disgusting looking soggy and all mixed up. 😒 DO BETTER! And make your packaging more efficient for delivery! Lazy. I won't be ordering from this location... rather pay more and order from another location.

It's a Popeyes Louisiana Chicken. Food taste like it should, which happens to be my favourite fast food chicken. The restaurant was clean and the front counter staff was friendly. Not much else up say, it's what you want and expect from a fast food restaurant.

Food was tasty. Service was slow and the cashier kept cutting me off mid-sentence to the point where I got confused. Asked for a single extra dipping sauce and was asked to pay. Asked for a to-go bag to take home leftovers and was asked to pay.

I had the worst experience at this location and I come here all the time but today the cashier decides that she does not know how to do her job correctly which is taking orders as they come in on Friday October 20, 2023 at approx. 12am I made the manger aware of this and the supervisor and her responses was to argue back and have their employees video record my complaint without consent after having me wait over 10 minutes to order even though the store was empty and the food that I wanted which was spicy chicken AND NOT MILD was not even ready along with the fries as a result they gave me cold stale food that’s been sitting that all day after my wait time is grounds for fresh food this location is already known for food poisoning so when I could not receive what I had requested a refund in which the manager kept denying asking me “why” is that apart of her job title? Or is that policy in the Popeyes handbook somewhere? All employees in the following photos below need to be fired this IS NOT nowhere close to how you should handle individuals especially as “customer service associate” is associated with your job title. You messed with the right customer though A CHANGE WILL HAPPEN. Because corporate is the next step❗️

Made an order online and it was ready for pickup in 10-15mins. Great service and clean restaurant. Chicken was juicy and and the fries were crispy. Parked on the side and made a loop to the back of the restaurant and out to the main road with a streetlight.

Ordered a 1/2 pound of popcorn shrimp (2 orders of 1/4 pound)and had about 12 pieces of "popcorn shrimp" that seemed to be deep fried tails from their butterfly shrimp. All tail shell and no meat.

I like their fries and coleslaw in this location but the chicken fries smells plus taste mediocre and some staffs are forgetful with order and not trained properly to serve customers.

Do not go here if you are in a rush or on any sort of time constraint as they waste your time. I went here wanting to order a promo for the the 2 sandwich combo that I had on the app to order but they couldn’t take my promo because I didn’t have “physical proof” so I had to go back home grab the mailer coupons that everyone and their mom gets to show “proof” of the coupon. I kid u not this promo has no special code or anything to take it to this extent. After I settle my order I waited 10 minutes for it to be ready with no Uber orders or customers before me bare in mind that I left then came back to the people after that order still didn’t get their food. As I receive my food finally I check it to make sure that everything I ordered was there and of course they forgot the sauces that I PAID FOR asking me if I want “ketchup or hot sauce” NO. I want the sauce I paid for. Now I get back home opening what’s in the bag that is my order which is the 2 sandwich combo and I can tell you that I got my sandwiches but where is my combo???!?!! This amount of fries for TWO COMBOS can feed my 7 years old brother and he’ll still be hungry. Extremely disappointed this should be 0 stars but because it’s the only one open in the area past 11 I guess it gets one. I hope Sukh re-evaluates her job it is easy to tell which people do their job for the pride and which people do it just for a paycheck.

Came here to grab some delta mini’s. As soon as I get to my car the tenders they used weren’t even fresh. It was definitely sitting for quite some time. The lady denied and said everything is fresh. Yeah I watched her toast the buns and put sauce but please don’t tell me it’s fresh. She then replaced it with “fresh” ones yes this time the tenders were hot off the fryer. But it felt like she used expired sauce this time to get back at me. I’ve been having a bad stomach ache. Ridiculous and unfair.. who knows what this lady did to my food but I had no choice to eat it as I haven’t ate all day… thanks for your business. Oh and also they had a guy inside the restaurant who’s completely out of it high off fenty. Just scaring other customers. Maybe do a wellness check.

Cheap bad quality location. 3 piece chicken deal didn’t give me a breast piece as advertised. Gave little crusty pieces. Plus wanted to charge me $1.50 for a cup of water. What a joke.
