Very disappointed with the waiting time. Entered the queue at 8.05 and only managed to get my food at 9. I was stuck in the queue for about 20 minutes when there was only 4 people in front of me and there were 2 empty tables but the people in front of me weren't allowed to enter unless told by staff but yet there was no staff to attend to the queue. The serving time for food was 30 minutes but I think it was due to shortage of staff. In terms of food, it isn't exceptional and serving size is quite small.

If you're looking for big portions of delicious Western food without breaking the bank, this place is worth considering. The first thing that caught my attention was the generous serving sizes. The portions were truly impressive, guaranteeing that you won't leave hungry.

Although its a weekend, came here with just one family ahead of us. We were given a table first as it fits 4 pax. The staff wasnt very friendly. Anyway their ordering and paying is through their QR code. Had to prompt them for refill of ice water. The steak is definitely overdone, we ordered for medium but its came well done. It was tough and rubbery. The grilled chicken was norm but just add different sauces.

Although we ordered our meal through the QR code, we still got two of our sides were sent wrongly, ordered mac n cheese n baked potato for 1 of the meal but gotten mash potato with baked potato. The other meal I've ordered Onion rings and mashed potatoes but gotten mac n cheese with mashed potatoes. The grilled chicken was pinkish and slightly raw, but when I told the staff, she said their grilled chicken is pinkish as they marinated it. But I have visited this restaurant before n have the same order, it didn't look that raw. In the end, I asked them to heat up the chicken as I don't feel comfortable eating it. Staff took it back to the kitchen reluctantly n return with a fresh plate of grilled chicken (in the photo) that looks more cooked after 15mins, but this time round without my sides. Staff has given us our Mac n cheese and onion rings, but my mashed potatoes are gone. I need to keep reminding them what i ordered for my sides, which made it frustrating. We need to remind Staff about our soup orders too. Overall, experience is very bad, service is bad, food taste is just ok, felt that some western food stall food (at the coffeeshop) tasted much better. Will not visit again.

Lovely place. We super love the food. Service was good. Price of the food was affordable. Great ambiance. Only that we need to go to the counter to give our order. My suggestion is to atleast create a QR code or a link that we can order the food while we are seated on our table. Overall, we were a happy diners. Will come and visit again for sure. Til my next SG vacay.🤍

Ordered the Prime Ribeye Steak with medium rare option. The steak came with the correct doneness. However, the steak itself is not flavorful and not juicy. There is also slight bitter aftertaste after eating. It could have been better at the price point set. Side dishes are okay. Would probably eat the chicken dishes on next visit.

Got the grilled chicken with potato wedges and garden veggie. Chicken tasted chaotar at some parts. Potato wedges quite salty, unevenly seasoned. Garden veggies were well cooked, carrot had a slight sweetness and the broccoli was quite nice

We are very disappointed with what's being served. The food is badly burnt; the salmon and the fried chicken. To start off, they served the salmon faced down to cover up the burnt skin, but just 1 mouth, and you'll know it's overdone and burnt. When we asked the manager, she just said it's bad oil and not burnt, so there was no replacement. She did say sorry, but it was a very bad meal.

My go to restaurant if I want delicious, worth it western food! I ordered their medium rare Rib eye with sides of potato wedges and mac and cheese. I looooove their mac and cheese as it is just right; not overwhelming with the cheesy taste! W.o.r.t.h. every single penny spent!

Quequed for about 20 mins. Ordered and waited about 15 mins for food served. We had crispy fried Chicken, crispy fried fish and grilled chicken. Very nicely charr grilled

The portion was a little small for a medium eater like me. I felt hungry an hour after eating it. I have eaten better western food in coffeeshop and hawker centres that costs less and tasted better. Hope that the management will look into the quality and pricing with a new menu eventhough I understand that the bulk of the cost goes into rental and manpower. 💪💪💪

The staff made a family member wait an 1hr before she can be seated just because the rest of our family hasn’t arrived. Once we came, they rushed us to order multiple times. We came 2 hours before closing so no reason for the rush. Not to mention the food too so long to come and tasted very bland/dull. Even drinks too so long. The staff weren’t apologetic or nice. The environment is very noisy at night with delivery drivers blasting unwanted noise. The staff named Amp, an assistant manager was the mostly responsible for our table. Do not recommend coming.

Meh food. Bland flavour. Mac and cheese tastes frozen. Potato salad is in too big chunks. Fish not fresh. Idk. So many seats inside but manager took so long to assign us to our seats. Suggest you guys go Aston then Andes. Friend got stomach ache instantly after eating here and had to grab home immediately.

Nice outlet with quite a number of seats available. Order through the QR code and food came pretty fast. Meat is well cooked as requested. Crispy fries and hot sides. HALAL.

Empty tables when we came, and was rudely told by the manager (an Indian guy in a checkered shirt) to wait. 7 pax, we all ordered our food invidually but did it under five minutes. Most of my group ordered the chicken, and yet one of my colleagues got his chicken after 30 minutes even though the rest of the group already got their chicken. Mind you, one of my colleagues got the Double Up (two fried chickens) and it still came faster. All the wait staff was extremely rude, and the food was terrible. Will not be coming back to this outlet anymore. (P.S. you can see that lone chicken dish in the picture attached, that measly piece id ehat we waited 30 minutes ++ for)
