Mcdonald's Hougang is my favourite outlet. Staff is always friendly and goes the extra mile to serve customers. Wanted to get a particular Happy Meal toy for my son and it was out of stocked but the front line staff helped to checked and found one for me. Very thankful! Popular with students and residents nearby, the long queue at times do not deter me from going back. Food is served fast (pun intended). Fond memories especially during the pandemic when MCD had to close and the relief when they finally reopened again.

System outage at Kovan outlet today, 5pm+, 10 Sep 2022. No clear instruction was given by staff, and it seems that they are short of staff on a Saturday too. Unable to order at automated machine, mobile order, nor the normal way. Hope the staffs can be better trained for such incidents in the future.

Love this place! Amazing and patient staffs. Friendly managers. Cozy chill vibes and a relaxing atmosphere. Whenever I come here for supper, I will stay and do my work for a long time. Very clean environment as well! The food is consistently very good.

Come here most of the time since I stay nearby. Only thing I notice is during peak hours (dinner) or have nice promotion, staff got difficulty to cater surge of orders. Although I appreciate they doing their best to still be nice and always polite. I think they’re under staffed, maybe management can look into this, so far no complain cos they still do their best, atlst for me.

I'm from a Preschool nearby. We had an excursion and had to order meals for my entire school. Darren, one of the managers there assisted me. Excellent customer service! He ensured that I got my order in time. Called me to confirm my orders. If you ever have a big event or a celebration, look for Darren. He is the person to go to and this the McDonald's branch to go to!

The level of service I received from the staff was truly exceptional. I accidentally spilled 3/4 of my drink on the floor, and despite my initial refusal, the staff insisted on giving me a new drink. Their willingness to go the extra mile for customers is commendable. But it didn't stop there! The staff went above and beyond by helping me change my tray, which was drenched with my drink. Their prompt and attentive assistance made me feel valued as a customer. I'm extremely impressed with the outstanding service provided by the McDonald's staff. Their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is truly remarkable. I highly recommend visiting this location for a delightful dining experience.

I want to commend the staff of this branch especially those working on 12 July in the afternoon. I accidentally dropped my wallet and only found out late at night. I went back and the staff had put it into the safe and they retrieved it for me. All my things in the wallet was intact including $200. I want to commend the honesty of the staff at this Macdonalds! Thank you and well done!!

Frequent here every night for supper but at this point it's just truly amazing how they can take up to 30 minutes to prepare a burger and a portion of fries with me being the only customer waiting, speechless

Worst McDonalds experience in my life. Not just one bad experience but a few times now. Had been avoiding this branch if I can. Very slow and mix up orders. When I ask for a paper cup from the Mc cafe counter inside, the staff say she run out of cup and ask me to take from the main serving counter next to her (she wasn't busy). This order from app is a failure here. The main serving counter is serving no. 9740+ to 9750+, my order 9733 is not ready. The fact is my tray of food is sitting at the counter and no one is bringing it to my table. The only pleasant thing is the 2 young boys (Cheng and kaijie) and the auntie is grey vest, at the serving counter were the most patience and polite people here. Tone and attitude were good. Some time back, I had a bad encounter with a very bad attitude younger lady staff in grey shirt (maybe a manager) inside the preparation counter. She took the drink from the tray supposed to be my orders with all other the food on the tray only left that particular drink that she took away, and put it on another tray and serve the person who's queue number is larger than me. Long story short, efficiency is not here in this branch, some staff attitude is good, some not so good. I will continue to avoid this branch if I can.

MacDonald’s is a fast food restaurant but all customers have been waiting for more than 30 minutes. I myself been waiting for 40 minutes. Staff there were struggling but definitely remained professional, they deserve a 5 stars. However, the management should look into the manning and operational needs, especially during peak hours between 6-8pm, so that your staff and customers would not suffer. The number on the display screen is simply not following the orders that are ready. It doesn’t mean your order is ready if your number is shown on the screen. Worst thing is, my fries were all soggy when I finally got my order.

Worst outlet ever! Amazing how a fast food outlet can fail so badly. 80% of the time sending wrong items, rude Manager and counter staff, long waiting time of usually 30-45 mins for food (is it still considered fast food?). Decided not to patronise this outlet anymore, even when it is nearest to home!
