i am so happy to see this still around - used to walk past here everyday during TP Grange Rd days 30 years ago, and we could all smell the cookies from afar - which i can still smell when walking here the other day for the first time in ages! to see it still survive and after the all these years, including the pandemic makes me so happy

Unfriendly staff taking their own sweet time. Going back and forth slowly for phone, container, very inefficient and upset frown when we order. Not helpful at all. After we paid she just pack 2 of the 4 box that we paid and let it there to go serve other customers. Confusing. 4 containers of already made cookies can take 15 mins to pack

It's one of those classics here at Wisma Atria basement, en route to Takashimaya. I grew up smelling the gorgeous cookie smells while walking between Taka and Wisma, and it's still there after so many decades. Many other shops around here have since changed hands a few times. Used to always bug my parents to getting a bag of cookies, and thoroughly savour each bite at home. If you're looking for gifts or snacks to bring to a friend's place, this works quite beautifully.

I loaded up big time to take back to Australia. 1.4kg. Original is the best. And they accept cash! Which is great for foreigners.

Bad attitude. Only wanted to ask some questions and what time it opens, was faced with extremely rude attitude and body language. Would appreciate if staff can just talk nicely, obviously did not even bother it's not like we are aware of your shop opening.

Enter Wisma Atria basement and just follow the smell of cookies. Small counter tucked at the corner. Lovely to see staff made cookies on site. Quick service. Cleanliness top notch.

Historical cookies store in Singapore. There are various choices for cookie lovers, less sweet and delicious as well.

My go-to Famous Amos outlet since like forever. Can't resist the smell. Shout out to the crew there for their awesome service!

Very bad experience in this outlet. All of the sales assistants have no customer service. I would recommend other outlets where I received better service. Can’t even give an additional small paper bag to place the cookies I bought. Such a joke really.

Went over at 9.25pm and they started clearing and packing up in advance. I ask to buy the white chocolate chips where they kept earlier but they conveniently say no more already so that they don’t have to re-clean or re-pack again. They closes at 10pm. Bad service attitude.

Suuuuuper slow moving queue. It's been 12 mins already and only two customers have been served..... and this is with 6 people behind the counter. Service is lousy too. It seems they charge extra for everything. And if you want an extra cookie bag to split the cookies... it's a "no".

Simple but satisfying cookies 🍪 Nothing out of this world but decent enough for a quick cookie fix. I tried a piece of their original chocolate chip, and the bigger cookies are soft and chewy, unlike the mini counterparts which are super crunchy. The cookie had just the right amount of chocolate chips & were not too sweet, with a substantial chew. I think the dough part of the cookie could have had more depth in taste, but for the price I don’t have any complaints! It was definitely a delicious cookie all in all. Definitely worth a try and if I had to choose one, i’d recommend the small cookies! food 4.5/5 service 5/5 ambience 3/5

Bought 1kg of cookies, 5 x 100g with shopback vouchers and the other 500g through shopback payment. Shopback voucher requires each redemption to be done separately. Cashier staff seemed unhappy and impatient processing my order even though I was patiently placing the order and waiting for 8 packets of cookies to be packed. I get that it was a hassle with the redemption process but as a customer, I'm also clicking my vouchers 5x, hence can the staff not gladly do that too? Just to note, there was no one else in the queue. Hope for better customer service experience in future.
