The soups are all delicious and so are the sandwiches. It's actually very hard to pick between them. I have the pumpkin soup slightly more often that the others. Same goes for the tuna sandwiches. The hibiscus tea is great! I basically have this for lunch every day. But I get it delivered from another soup spoon in Alexandra. This place actually has a few extra options like clam chowder. So sometimes I come here after work to get that. As you can see in the picture.

I came by on a weekend afternoon and remembered that the air conditioning did not seem to be working, or that it was really weak. I had the lemon mustard chicken soup, and this was really good. It was my first time seeing mustard added to soup, and this was a pretty tasty combination. It's a pity the soup was a July special.

Deadass their serving size is really generous (chicken breast with 2 sides). On a food day easy 40g protein and serving of veges. Pretty filling too. Sauce and gravy p solid.

Still serving the same old comforting soup since their early days ☺️ fish and chips combo (with chicken thigh) from the grill knife was decent, portion was perhaps too generous. Fast and efficient service.

Seems a very popular venue. Staff are fast and professional. The beef stew was nice. Reasonably priced meals.

If you are traveling along the rail corridor and feel like refuelling with some healthy options take the one minute detour off the track and head in here. On my most recent visit I ordered a bowl of tomato soup. A basic but very tasty meal.

One of my go to lunch options 🥙 Price is ok, food is good especially the pumpkin soup (just how i like it!) I just dont like waiting for more than 10 mins for my food 🙄

Third time ordering take away, and third time that the soup packed was wrong. Always extremely crowded during lunch time and seems like the soup that you get is a lucky draw. I actually tried to check today to see if my Tokyo chicken is correct for once, I mistook “TT” on the paper bowl as Tokyo something” so I thought my order is finally right, ends up to be tangy tomato afterall…… I guess if my order was wrong, someone else also got the corresponding wrong one too… too late to change when I finally opened the soup back at work. The service is pretty chaotic, there should be room to improve the process in the kitchen to serve the food in a more systematic way.

Caesar salad and the meals at the soup spoon is always my go to for comfort, healthy and nutritious food. The Caesar salad is always so yummy with their sundried tomatoes, and their soup is always so thick, and I also love their sandwich buns? It's not normal buns but they have some sort of grain on top and their sauce is special?? Not mayo. Just that their salmon was a bit fishy this time. Soup spoon actually innovated alot across the years and they surprised me in their fresh, healthy, most importantly YUMMY recipes. I love that they are considerate about their SAVER $7,90 meals SO PLEASE CONTINUE TO KEEP IT AFFORDABLE FOR FANS LIKE ME

I like this place and often eat here after gymming or giving piano lessons nearby. However, the server is was so rude- I wanted to sample the new soups and he looks really displeased, telling me “be specific with the name of the soup”. You would think that with a huge sign that says “sampling available”, they are inviting you to sample their soups, but he made me feel like he was doing me a favour for an unreasonable request.

Clam chowder soup but can't find clams. The staff said small clams but still cannot find. No standard but still many people.
