Bought choc log cake. A little sweet, should have ordered it instead so i can lower the sweetness. Store was a little busy. Sell cakes, buns, egg tarts etc

Just bought two buns. One kaya n blue berry. My aunt just walked out n I saw she bought the wrong flavour i walked in and ask that we changed to another flavour. The lady wearing in black uniform was super rude. I asked nicely and she answered immediately cannot. I asked her why? This is a sealed pack. She said theres cost difference n I said I will top up for stomething else. Then she said no exchange policy. If I had bought the bread n it is those open bread then bring home till at night then it is reasonable that she don't allow. But I've just stepped out! I also see that she is very fierce to her staff! As a manager or a superior you must learn to be patient and talk nicely. I see the way she treat her staff. I can see they r not very happy with her but needed the job so bear with her. I pity the staffs. Poor aunties.

The old chinese lady at the cashier was super rude. The shopback pay QR was visibly placed at the cashier area so I wanted to pay via that method but she got loud and frustrated telling me it is not ready. My reply was she could have spoken nicely. She could have also remove the QR code or stated a not-in-use sign. The colleague, was nice enough to apologise on behalf but it was really uncalled for. I would not return to this outlet.
