Got to agree to the many reviews posted. Waiting time of 15mins n more is not uncommon. More than 3 times for sure thru the 1-2yrs. Also operation of the outlet should be reviewed as other reviewers mentioned it too. I can even take time to write this review while waiting with the rest of the crowd. Management who r not working on the ground should spend time there unannounced. You likely experienced the same situation. Esp lunch time. Hope management take our feedback seriously. Thx.

I ordered the impossible burger and the patty was uncooked. U bought it back to show to them and they exchanged it. No remose when I told them that as it is a take oawy, I have to drive all the way back to changed it. Quality is always an issue among the outlet on the amount of salt which makes a difference. It could be an operation problem.

The type of food they offered is very satisfying. And also the staff and employee were very nice and friendly. They serve me on time and they serve me what i ordered. This branch of food is highly recommended to others who want to try burgers. ++ I really love the fries ♥️

2 months ago ( May 2022) and a few days ago l was there again. The same team is running the place. The quality control is absolutely zero. Why do our Govt allowed such irresponsible operators to run such businesses. We sat there for our dinner, again it turns out room temperature fries & burgers. Later when l ordered a takeaway & told them my food earlier at the table was cold, it seems like they have no issue with it. They don’t seems to mind, Such is the attitude. The takeaway was also room temperature. I saw so many burgers already done sitting on the warmer. USA HQ sleeping.

My family went here last month and I must say that everything was impressive, from the staffs who are all accommodating who greeted us with bright smiles, clean surroundings and equipments, fast service, and to the products they serve. The food was nice, fresh, clean and it taste so much better with the store ambiance. ❤️

Staff Amal’s from Loyang Point outlet was simply efficient, knowledgeable and patient with me while she executed service and handled other customers and delivery orders. She holds such exceptional value added customer service and is most definitely an outstanding staff that BK has hired. I thank you for hiring such dedicated staff like her.

Absolutely love Loyang Point’s outlet compared to Pasir Ris Swimming complex. Staffs are very welcoming, while awaiting for foods to be served, I can see how the staffs enjoy their time with their Assistant Manager, Dini. Dini is very helpful and provides an extra helping hand to her staffs. She’ll help the burger station, fries, drinks. The foods served are always hot and I’ve never gotten my food wrong. Kudos to Loyang Point outlet!

Hi Burger King Management, You are letting this outlet down. Only 3 people serving the entire restaurant during dinner rush. They are juggling food prep, online orders, maintenance of the place with only 6 hands and feet. Ridiculous. The heroes here are working so hard and they need help.

Over the years, the BK here has lost its touch. The food is never hot (lukewarm at best), the wait time is long even when there aren't many customers, and the service has degraded to where I don't even get asked for chili, ketchup, or napkins for my take out. I'm just given my food after my number is called without a second glance. I feel like these issues are mostly because this branch prioritizes delivery orders over in-person dining, but then again the McDonald's next door stuffed with delivery orders has way less issues while maintaining better customer service and food quality. Wouldn't be surprised if this branch eventually closed down because it always seems understaffed, and with new faces every time, it doesn't take much to realize why McDonald's is a seemingly better choice for workers and customers alike.

Customer service really needs to be improved on. Half the time, I can see the staff chit chatting amongst themselves and are generally just not welcoming. Service speed is a hit or a miss. At times its fast, other times it takes a while to get your order. While the burgers are well prepared, the onion rings are almost always slightly burnt. Used to love their onion rings. What a shame.
