Extremely expensive food. $4.50 for a small chicken thigh, $3.50 for some mussels and long beans. Food quality is also mediocre.

Randomly priced and expensive. Sometimes even served chilled, which I guess were the previous day leftovers! Everyday the same food have different prices.

Order the Nasi Padang and paid $8.50 for cold chicken and veges. Cannot understand why it’s just 11:30am and yet the food was already cold, the chicken was hard and oily due to the chilli. Atmosphere is hot n cramp Food 2/5 Service 3/5 Atmosphere 2/5

18 Sep 2023, around 11.45am, buying lunch for 3 of my malay colleagues. 2 packets of double fish mee hoon soup and a packet of mee siam. But the malay lady only took order for the fish soup as she said mee siam is next stall, which is just beside her. After that she said many words angrily in malay which i told her i don understand malay. After the two packets of fish mee hoon soup are ready, she requested $11 for payment which i asked her again where can i order the mee siam. Then she yelled at me in Malay. I politely tell her i don understand her then she yelled at me in english , "wait lah, i one person, do so many things." Then she started to prepare the mee siam. Very very bad attitude. If not happy to serve, please stay home or change job. That's not the right way to treat your customer. I am just helping my colleagues to buy lunch. Why yelled at me in infront of so many people as if I did something very wrong?

Came back to try again and was disgusted by the inconsistency of the snacks. Super oily and soggy. Disappointing. Previously… How amazing can these tiny bite sized Epoks with measly fillings be? I was surprised that they were very tasty and addictive. Both sardine and potato also shiok. And wow the carrot cake sticks and yam sticks are damn shiok! I’m saying this is better than Swee Choon’s. Can easily be a fav. I sincerely hope they are consistent. This corner should stand on its own. Not sure about the other stuff but I’ll be back just for these.

Great place for a quick lunch or dinner. No frills and reasonably priced local favourites. One can get a plate of the $2/- chicken rice here. A little warm on hot days, however, the place is well equipped with many wall-mounted electric fans.

Totally upset…. Im station staff working in DTL station at Tampines. Due to HA, we pack makan back to eat. Visit U-taste this morning, 22/07 @ 910am, wanted to packet Mee Robus, requested not to put plastic container, just put in plastic, as my station is closeby, plus can help the environment. The malay auntie who prepared the Mee Robus insist that i took the plastic container if not she dont know how to prepared. To myself, WTH, why must she insist customer to use plastic container? Is it the U-taste company instructions? Plus, the container is charge for 20cents. Is not about the charging part, is why i cant packet my food using plastic?

Really really bad experience. Kind of wasting money on there. Worst experience ever had in Tampines. The service, attitude at service counter is terrible.(they think they are giving free foods) Wasting money and time. never go back there..👎👎

Probably the worst attitude of served in this place. Quality of food remains doubtful with price increased and quantity reduced?!? Mee Soto has simply only few thin slices of chicken - unbelievable. No pride and passion in serving deserving food to customer. You may get better at food courts with better cleanliness and attitude and price and gfiod quality.

Not just probably but definitely one of the worst place in terms of customer service. All staff with an attitude personality like u really owe them for food that u'repaying for.

No customer service. Malay lady who served mee siam, mee rebus and mee soto deserved to be FIRED. Dont show attitude to customers. Dont work just stay at home. Bad customer service attitude. How come the management still keep this kind of staff?
