made a trip to makisan compass point to order today, and was given a ridiculous portion of asparagus LIKE 7 STRANDS. asked about the portion and if they could / should give more in the store but the staff totally ignore me without asking me further, and just made sure all my sides were 'complete' and handed over to me. i don't think this is acceptable? apart from that, thanks for still working n serving us food, but can be improved.

Ordered the Tom Yum maki, salad and some tempura today. All in all, a great meal! Pleasantly surprised that the salad was done right - no wet, soggy leaves and reasonably portioned with sauce on the side. The pretty packaging also makes for a good gift to love ones during this circuit breaker period.

Really loved it! Had it delivered, but my tempura was still crispy! The roll was good too, though there were only a few strips of beef, i could still taste it and the other components i picked matched really well. 👍

A place you can go to for a quick fix for diy sushi or salad bowl. Very fast workers but this outlet in particular can get very busy during meal times, which means waiting time can take awhile. Sometimes your order may be ready but it takes awhile before an available staff checks, so that could be improved.

Normally I eat here a lot, but dunno why today the makisan tasted weird but I still ate. Now my stomach not well, questioning the hygiene and the freshness. Next day update: definite food poisoning sadly

Love the speed and convinence. Build your bowl and cant go wrong with it. My kids enjoyed it for lunches.

Unfriendly cashier She was kind of rude with me when I showed my digital student card as my school doesn't issue physical cards anymore. It's not my first time visiting this outlet and all these while, they've never had a problem with it. She told me "next time must be physical card" and as I was trying to explain to her, she cuts me off with "payment by?" I love Makisan but I will avoid this outlet from now on.

Food taste very good especially you can always customize your sauce for salad. Is my favourite go to for dinner. Unfortunately I think it is priced slightly higher than other salad places. Plus point is they have maki rolls in case you want a change.

The rice is soft and no bite to it. Tasteless to the core. Avocado olso tasteless. Can’t taste any chicken strips. Indeed when I open up and check , don’t see any chicken. First and last time trying this . Is this a joke meal? The staffs are just standing around to chit chat. Put more pride in your work man.

Affordable Sushi compared to other restaurants in the mall. Purchased Mega San sushi and the portion was generous. The service crew were friendly too. Only cons is that the restaurant is small with limited seats.
