Getting from bad to worst especially waiting for the waffle and staff allows people to cut the queue. Wasted 20 mins of my time waiting and knowing of ppl cutting the queue. I do understand that they are allowing ppl to preorder and collect the waffle at a later time But this is too much as I am just around the counter and overheard the conversation of ordering. I’m ok if the customer before me are asking “is my order ready”. As they may already ordered the waffle earlier. But hearing a customer saying “I want to order xxx qty “ and getting the order earlier than me is ridiculous plus refusing to return the payment when I highlighted their dishonesty.

Compared to some other outlets, this outlet doesn't have much variety of pastries or bread. Staff manning the waffle maker was kindda slow and inattentive. Waffle was a bit overcooked (burnt smell apparent). Not the Prima Deli standard I'm used to.

Not much selection of cakes. Small satellite outlet to serve Tampines East. Prominent chain for flavoured waffles. Looks quite old as well. Some varieties of bread and buns available. Popular among residents. Always occupied with people. Got blueberry waffle. Ample filling inside. Waffles were soft, but they are best eaten hot. An inexpensive, traditional Singapore favourite. Staff were accomodating and friendly.
