Their egg fried rice is consistently delicious, although waiting times can be slightly long. I've found that ordering ahead (online via their website) helps to circumvent this. I ordered crab meat egg fried rice, however the crab meat was missing. Sent in feedback via their website and I received a reply within 20 mins, at 8.30pm on a weekday! Really impressed with the turnaround time. They offered a $10 voucher for the inconvenience, which was great. Overall pleased with the service recovery, quick replies, and tasty food. Will def be back again (: !

Ordered the National Day Edition Crab Meat Laksa Fried Rice Max ($11.80). Very yummy 😋. Best to order directly through their website to save time, get SMS once it's ready for collection as waiting times may be longer especially during peak meal hours.

Price was decent and food was alright. I really like their packaging as it is really easy for us to eat. Staff is friendly and waiting time for takeout was within 10 minutes as well.

Ordered the egg fried rice with crab meat and Chinese sausage but in the end the crab meat was nowhere to be found. This is really disappointing and unacceptable given that you allow customers to customise their orders, which means you must have a system in place that prompts your staff to double check that the order is completed as per ordered/customised. Furthermore, every extra ingredient added is extra cost for the customer and it’s really upsetting when the order received turned out to be not meeting the basic expectation. The food is nice but you also really need to improve in this other very important aspect of the business.

Updated on 5 oct: Hey guys, Wok Hey CS responded very quickly and offered satisfactory resolution. 5 stars for the prompt and sincere service recovery! ---- Ordered shanghai fried rice with seasoned prawns. The label on the box is correct, but the meat inside is chicken instead of prawns.
