The burrito is very nice and alway long queue after office hour. Price at $7.80 for a healthy meal. The managers and service crew are also very friendly and helpful.

Went to buy lunch at this outlet today and forgot to take my card after paying. Luckily the staff, Ms Sharmila, was really friendly and accommodating when I went back to look for it. They were really efficient and nice despite being the peak hour. Really appreciate the help.

Really like the food and service here. Luckily they have good vegetarian options which is good unlike subway and McDonald's. But unfortunately no place to sit. Similar chains like subway and McDonald's offer options to sit. I am not sure if it's the mall policy or infrastructure issue but would really like if they can offer place to sit, so that people can sit, eat and leave.

Sharmeela and the other service crew members were very helpful and friendly. They have a large variety of healthy options at reasonable prices. Would recommend!

It can be quite crowded during dinner time. However, queue is fast moving. Simply love their burritos and salad bowl. Quite a lot of choices to choose from. And they are quite filling. Sometimes you may find seasonal varieties, so try it before they are gone. My favorite is still smoked salmon, 4 pieces of salmon is given. And you can top up $2 for more salmon, another 4 pieces given. Just that when making payment, if you are paying by card, the machine is kinda slow and you have to wait for a while.

Stuff'd has a lively friendly vibe and the kebabs are our all time fav! Siva has always been so welcoming with repeat customer like me. Good food served by well trained and pleasant people at the counter! Good Job ! Siva and team:)

I bought a daily bowl at Jurong Point outlet and was about to pay for it via credit pay wave when the payment system had an issue. Staff asked if I had cash and unfortunately I didn't. I was willing to give back my salad (which was in my own tupperware) but they were so kind to give it to me for free as it is was a system issue. Much appreciated and much thanks to the team for the extended kindness!! 🙏

The management should seriously look into their staff’s attitude and how they treat their customers. I’m a frequent patron of Stuff’d at this outlet. The staff likes to take their own sweet time especially with orders via foodpanda or grab. Imagine having to wait an additional 20mins passed the pick up time consistently for 99% of the orders placed via the app. And that’s when there’s less than 5 pax in the queue. That’s okay, understandable maybe there’s an influx of app orders. I arrived to collect my order as I saw the counter there’s no takeaway ready I went to the nearby Garrett’s popcorn to buy 2 packets of popcorn. That’s okay, understandable right? After I came back I ask the cashier girl (young lady in tudung) she just ignored me. And then spoke malay to the Indian guy. Hello????? What racist!! Then she began to pack those food orders. When she was holding an app receipt she asked me what is my order No. I told her and then she finished packing and just dumped my order there without a word! That’s totally not okay and not understandable!

paywave not available out of a sudden and asked me to pay cash however after paid with cash the person behind me said payawave and cashier agreed ??? i was super confused as she clearly said paywave cannot. when ordering workers was rude and shouting when it is 3pm and no one queuing , not even peak hours i.e dinner. semo sia ?? worker that was handling my food was fed up and i can clearly tell. asked for roasted sesame sauce and spicy habanero and worker put 5 pumps of spicy habanero that’s insane and only 2 of the roasted sesame sauce. is she trying to get back at me just bc i couldn’t hear her well and she came shouting at me ? what is this unpleasant attitude ? food was expected SUPER spicy like that how to eat ? super bad service.

Repeated buyer. Did not have an issue before but today when i ordered the chicken burrito, i was given less than a scoop worth of chicken. I watched the customer get a heaped spoon of chicken + a small second scoop while ordering a normal portion. While i got less than a leveled scoop and the employee trying to scoop up scraps which was barely a few pieces of chicken. I proceeded to watch the next customer get a new batch of chicken and them getting a heaped spoon of chicken. :) Hope it won't happen again.

I’m writing this review as I’m in the queue for 15mins, still at the same spot waiting not moving at all. There’s only 2 staff working at the counter and prioritising online orders over walk in customers whom are already in in queue waiting. So terrible.

I bought 3 kebabs and 2 daily bowls this evening but the standards were disappointing. First of all, the kebabs were charred. One of them tasted sourish, not sure if it was due to the spicy habanero sauce as it was not so for the other kebabs. The truffle potatoes in the daily bowl were hard and cranberry quinoa seemed not cooked fully. Overall, the taste was worse than what we ate before. We were also thirsty after eating the food. Yet, when contacted, Stuff D took more than a day to reply and did not address the issue of spicy habanero, truffle potatoes and quinoa. Indeed disappointing!

Great meal by stuff’d, had a beef and chicken bowl and a chicken kebab. The staff forgot to put my two sauces in the bowl which made it very dry and hard to finish. Had to mix the bowl a lot to try and have moisture and flavour. The kebab on the other hand, was very tasty and would definitely recommend it always. Other than the sauce, the food was pretty good worth the money.

Very disappointed, bought a chicken burrito and chicken kebab for dinner. Somehow, order was mixed and gotten a different order. Even paid an extra dollar for cheese…. Ironically, there was barely any customer when i went so not sure how even got mixed up. And this is not the first time this happened. Their scooping of foods are also very little — despite asking for a little more. Not worth it.

Went to get my burritos at around 8.10pm yesterday and was informed that they're closing at 8.30pm. They was practically sold out and not much ingredients were left. QQ went the extra mile to check the back area if there was still anymore chicken hidden somewhere and even provided alternative for those sold out toppings. And despite her working alone, she still provided very good service with a positive attitude. Keep up the good job! 😊
