The legendary waffle House, totally fit into Americans dining standard. Very warm and friendly service from the staffs , Especially when I was struggling with the ordering screen. What I love most about this store is that they serve you with a cold chilled glass instead of having ice, which is not just making sure that the beverage is refreshing, oh so you get what you paid for which is the best value in my opinion. Although it requires some waiting time just like every waffle House, do not be mistaken for their quality, the waffles is definitely fresh and warm. Really have nothing to complain. Pros: Delicious food Ice chilled cup instead of ice Friendly service and attentive staffs Environment is definitely clean Wheelchair accessible Cons: I can't think of any

Friday afternoon Enjoy the lovely meal here. One of my favorite fast food outlets. Had noticed only one Service Cleaning Officer on the floor for the whole A&W in Jurong Point Pamela was lady name. She was running around constantly. Clearing the empty trays, mugs and cleaning every table ready for the next customers. Look like it was shorthanded. She was polite and very efficient in her work. Well done Pamela. Keep it up

You have to order the food via self-service ordering kiosk, get your beeper, then go to the counter and collect your drinks. Once the food is ready, the beeper beeps and you can collect the food at the counter again. Do order your waffle separately, otherwise you will have to wait like forever before you can get your burger and fries. The mozza burger is very good. The burger bun is tender, beef patty is juicy. I can’t really taste much of that tiny piece of chicken crisp but it add texture to the overall taste. The curly fries is still as good as before. The waffle is crispy and hot but it has a salty taste which I don’t like. But it tastes ok if you eat with the ice cream.

I waited a long time to actually eat there because the queue was always long at this outlet but the wait was worthwhile... the food brings back memories of the 1st time I ate at their outlet before their 1st closure. Waffle Ice Cream ✔️ 👍👍👍👍👍 Double Cheeseburger ✔️👍👍👍👍👍 Beef Coney Cheese Fries ✔️👍👍👍👍👍 Rootbeer Float ✔️👍👍👍👍👍

Honestly, standards of A&W has dropped since they were first here, so it likely isn't even this outlet's fault. The chicken was dry, though the skin was still a little tasty. Ice cream in the root beer and waffles melted faster than it should, and the fries were just edible. The only thing that A&W has going for it is nostalgia from the slightly older generation. Otherwise, don't come here, the food and calories aren't worth it.

Decent waiting time, food came within 10 minutes from ordering. Burger and fries were hot when served, both tasted great. Root beer float was amazing as usual as well. Only gripe is that the self ordering kiosk is quite slow when it comes to processing payment and printing the receipt. Really satisfied with the experience at this outlet overall!

This is a nicer A&W branch compared to the AMK Hub one. The layout is better, and there seems to be more seats here. The service is generally efficient. Of course, the best thing here is undoubtedly the root beer float! The Coney dog is nice, as is the cream cheese chicken burger. This branch does get crowded during peak hours, so it's best to visit off peak.

Went to a&w jurong point yesterday afternoon. Very disappointed with the waffle served. After a looong wait, the waffle received was hard and not even warm. As per pic, even the butter spread doesn’t melt on the waffle even after we finish half portion👎🏼 When they first opened at JP, all the food was yummy but not now 27 May 2023. Hope a&w will look into these matter and improve on the food quality.

Ever since their re-emergence, I had not try any of their stuff except for their waffle. Finally got to try their Mozza Double Burger which supposedly to give the Quarter Pounders or Double Whoppers a run for their money and sad to say, it probably made you more appreciative to the other two instead. Despite similar price range, the patties here is definitely inferior to QB, though the taste profile is more towards DW, DW patties are much bigger and the overall flavour is more wholesome.

Root beer float was great, chicken was below average, cheeseburger was good, kids meal (hotdog) was ok - came with plenty of chips though. Not really a fan. Don't put mustard on a kids hotdog please!

First time trying AW in Singapore. Fried chicken was crispy but bit hard. 2 pieces per set, one of the pieces was very small. Curly fries are delicious. Root beer float was good.

How to beat this!!! Fried chicken was tender and juicy! But i find the chicken kinda small. Down it with a root beer float. What a lunch!

Love the cream cheese burger and root beer float. Price is comparatively more expensive as compared to other fast food chain but personally think it's worth it. Staff at the self ordering kiosk is very helpful. The only downside is the waiting time for receipt printing which is abnormally slow.

A&W located on the 3rd floor of JP2... with seats near the glass panel allowing one to watch the human traffic buzzing by below. Easy order through either of the 2 computerised console OR manned cashier if one desire. Root Beer Float... dollop of vanilla ice cream over root beer in an ice-cold glass mug... can't go wrong here. Coney chicken dog with beef sauce and curly fries are the 2 other partners of a complete set meal. Hotdog bun was soft and so was the hotdog. Curly fries was crispy without too much trapped oil. Add on a waffle with ice cream and strawberry sauce if one craves for dessert. Waffle was slightly on the soft side, and lack a toasted aroma... only gripe amongst all the selected food.

Had the A&W’s Golden aroma combo, with 2 pieces of crispy fried chicken, curly fries & root beer regular (served in a chilled jug)! Just thankful that this outlet is in the west, since we had to travel to Ang Mo Kio for this last time. IG @pingguo301

Oh what nostalgia to come back to this place from our childhood and to get that root beer float in the signature frosty mug. 😋 one of the last few outlets left to get our fix! Well worth a visit.

A typical fast food chain outlet. Drinks are served in advance of hot food. Mugs are kept in the chiller instead of spamming ice cubes to get the drinks cold. All the setup has shown a strong emphasis in the drink section. The fish burger is average. The beef burger (Mozza) is a little disappointing. Patty is dry and stiff and thin. Flavour is in line with the likes of McDonald's or Burger King, despite the higher price tag. Would recommend only for ones in love with their drinks, which are really good among fast food. The rest are just average.

Ordering kiosk has a bug where it will add more than 1 quantity of food might be overly sensitive. Chicken tastes great and piping hot when served. A little pricey for what you get but still tasty nonetheless. One negative is that there are no sinks in the outlet for customers to wash their hands before and after consuming food which is odd for a fast food restaurant that serves chicken. Had to walk over to the neighboring fast-food chain to wash hands instead.
