Here to give a balanced side of the reviews based on my own experience. Been awhile since I last ate Sarpino’s and I thought since they have a one for one offer, will try it. I ordered online (got a $5 reward in points when I sign up too) and picked up at the stall. The online ordering process is very easy and also shows the status like “order accepted” and “pizza ready” and gives you 30mins time slots to collect. You can also set a later date and time to collect. There was no queue when I reached and I just need to quote my name to get the pizza. It was made just before the time slot to collect. I ordered two large San remo and teriyaki chicken in thin crust ($30) and at first thought it might be a lot for 3 pax servings but it’s just nice. The taste is pretty good, apparently they use 100% Italian cheese. However felt that the toppings could have been more generous, and also the crust wasn’t particularly crispy. Probably still have to heat in oven to crisp it up on your own. Staff was nice enough to provide extra packets of chilli and cheese when asked.

Ordered kalamata pizza but disappointed that it was missing dried basil and parmesan cheese which were stated on the menu (only put in tomato, olive and mozzarella). I don’t blame the lady though, she was doing everything from taking order to filling and packing pizzas during Saturday lunch peak. Glad the pizza was freshly baked and service time was decent, but if I return to order kalamata I better ask them about the ingredients…

I ordered wrong pizza and it schedule to be delivered saturday but ur staff said delivery today i would like to cancel but she say cant be cancel . What kind of service is this

I'm one who would always be loyal and I prefer a particular pizza brand no end! A friend tells me about Sarpino's and well, I decided to somehow give in to his nudge. I am now a convert! Every dollar is definitely well spent with each Sarpino's Pizza or food you order! Portions are generous and service from its staff, especially from Bert of its Punggol Plaza Branch, is consistently warm and friendly. The SG pizza joints will definitely learn a lot from Bert's signature sincere service! Keep it up, Sarpino's Pizza!

Sarpino's pizzas are tasty and do not lack variety. They would introduce new twists and flavours to the classic pizzas which turned out nice. They have interesting flavours to try. They incorporate local taste to their pizzas too.
