Tried limited edition banana pie. Bananas favour not that strong abit similar to Macdonald’s signature home grown apple pie. It’s slightly cheaper than the latter too.

Not happy with the service. Same thing happened twice. I booked for table service and the just gave me half of my order and for half they forget.i kept waiting in last had to go by myself and bring it.

Always one of my most favourite fast food in Singapore ( other than Texas Chicken ). Mcdonald App provide a lot of good deal and huge discounts. I'm LOVING it 💘

Counter staffs here always deserve a slap . Always causing a mess because they never call people to collect their food instead stacking all the orders waiting people to check themselves , end up even messier. I feel like I could have done better job to send out all the order asap rather than wait. Assign the right people will reduce the crowd waiting all over the store.

Perfectly located at L1 entrance of HG Mall, not the biggest outlet but definitely the friendliness and most thoughtful service crew. Have the main food counters, separate dessert station (facing the mall walkway) and McCafe counters. On one weekday breakfast occasion, came with my wheelchair grandma, and service crew was alert and thoughtful in assisting my grandma to the chair and ensuring that our meals were served to our table even though we did not used table service. Really commendable service to the elderly and young. 👍🏻Observe on many occasions where service crew were welcoming and patient towards elderly within the neighbourhood. While it gets busy during lunch and dinner hours, crew constantly try their best to serve food with speed and lovely smile! 😊👍🏻

Gone to the dogs. Someone made a mess of their food and the entire shebang was left uncleaned for more than half hour except for a danger sign. Service staff walked past the mess 3 times without doing anything. Of course it's the unhinged customer's fault for creating the mess. But is the restaurant so busy that it can't do a simple clean, instead leaving the eyesore and floor hazard for other customers? And don't get me started on the miniscule portion sizes and dry as leather patties. Mental note to avoid returning. Be warned, eat here at your own peril.

Ordered the strawberry shortcake with additional oreo bits. It doesn't look like anything extra was added. It doesn't even look like a proper serving of oreo bits was added in the first place

Forever busy McDonald's @ Houngang Mall. The usual Mc menu, services and super packed sitting arrangement. Spicy McChicken was pretty good. First time trying Oreo McFlurry, tastes pretty good.

went there quite crowded but the air con service was down. Without any staffs or board to acknowledge it. Seems only when customers asked abt the hot atmosphere they just said, air con is down.

This mc donald is the worst mc donald in SG. The waiting time is forever more than 20 mins. I been here 3 times is always full of frustration due to their long waiting time. If you are in a hurry, wld not suggest cme here

Waited for food for very long, so i approached the front counter, I asked the manager, manager was very rude towards me when I just ask nicely, can you please help me to check my order. Doing fnb customer service is very important.

A little disappointed in the new paprika McCrispy (but better than salt and pepper). Taste was ok, not spicy but just lack of something 😂 still prefer their spicy version 👍🏻👍🏻 custard apple pie was good but it actually taste just like apple pie? You can only taste the mild custard taste if you eat the filling separately.

I am a GF delivery rider and honestly what kind of FNB outlet is this. I waited for 1hour for an order and I would like to clarify with the merchant how long it would the order be ready but instead some merchant refuse to entertain us riders and you expect us riders to WAIT FOR SO LONG or even give a bad look? Seriously, please improve your customer service.

Today i ordered paprika chicken for takeaway and they gave me some tasteless chicken pieces which were definitely not paprika!!! Besides th enlady at the counter was so slow and lost that she was unable to distribute the orders which had the status - Now Serving. And when i went up to her after waiting for a few minutes, she told me to wait as she has only 2 hands!!!

My Number was called so went to Collect my items. Reached home and found out missing 2 packs of fries. They should pack everything ready before calling out the number. This type of mistake is really unacceptable. Really disappointed.
