Ordered lunch for colleagues via Grab Food delivery. Not pleased with the quality of work produced. Can the staff in charge of packing please exercise due diligence and effort to pack the beverages properly ? Ordered via Grab Food delivery, found out that: 1 .) Cup lids were not secured properly, causing contents to be spilled out, unnecessary wastage of my money 2.) My tea were stone cold as it was packed together with the cold beverages causing cross-temperature contamination 3.) No one answered the merchant hotline as I would like to request for a refund of the beverages

The presentation wins over the quality. While I enjoyed the meal, but except for the French toast all the rest of the mains were lackluster yet if you put all of them together like a sandwich, they somehow clicks. Still I think they shd have stick to their deep fried roots for the meats.

size of chicken same as my packet chili sauce. you think that's reasonable? paid $5.50 for that, never going to eat long john again.

food and service is fine but .. it's bit dirty. i saw a couple of cockroaches, the staff were very kind to get rid of it but my appetite was ruined. if you want to buy, I suggest take out. once again staff was vv nice

Slow and poor customer service. Manager Amin need more customer service training. When asked what’s his name is in the nicest way possible, he turned his back and ignore. No professionalism

Ordered via the self-service ordering kiosk when visited on 21 July 2023 late afternoon. For the drinks, the system didn't have the option to request for no ice. Ordered the limited time promotion Chilli Crab Chicken. Contrary to its name, the dish didn't contain any crab (just a mimic of the chilli crab sauce). The two portions of chicken were also tiny, as such not really value for money.

ordered just a mere truffle fries at 11:05am. only came at 11:23am. if i had ordered a set meal i would understand but i only ordered 1 item and had to wait this long. staffs were not seen to even check and bother asking their kitchen staffs.

The system is just broken. Don't dine in here. The staff will just keep preparing delivery orders and ignore you. Waited 20 minutes just for 1 piece fish meal, while the staff just keep packing delivery orders. Food's great but workflow needs to be changed

Service is very slowww. They keep prioritising the grab orders and easy done meals instead of handing out the meals in order. Furthermore my drink was prepared way earlier than my meal so ice melted. Management pls do smth.

Ordered my takeaway via the self service station; the station was in the middle of no where and there was not enough space for queuing due to the dine in tables near the 2 stations. The batter from this outlet seems to be thicker and got soggy after i reached home; the dory fish i had also was soggy. Other outlets have better quality of the same food.

Waited 40 mins for just a meal. Stop prioritising grab orders and concentrate on loyal customers who actually come down to your restaurant and give a damn. One side toasted, another side not toasted

Waited about 20 minutes for the food which is still a decent amount of waiting time, but it was before peak hour and the restaurant was not crowded. The food was served hot though which is a plus. Chilli crab sauce does not have actual crab inside but it goes well with the rice. The fries are good too since they still remained crispy even after it turned cold.

There is this malay plump guy. Wears blue uniform. He is lacking of customer service.. He dont bother to call out your number when he placed yr food on the tray. Unlike the others.. He will placed food on trays like as if he dont like doing what he is doing. Please ask him go for more customer service training. Or put him in the kitchen.

Not as bad as I expected, note that I kept my expectation as low as possible upon reading the reviews. The waiting time for my fried pollock set was short (note that it was takeout), if I can recall it was 5 minutes. The fish fry tasted alright, no fishy odor and with right batter crispiness and thickness, served with mayo that was mixed with pickle. The meal was also of right portion for a sleazy weekend lunch. The fries side was also crunchy and surprisingly not as bland as most fast food fries out there.

Don't go if u r hungry. Customer is made to wait when food is ready while counter lady goes about searching for stock and talk to her colleagues. So eat cold deep fried salty seafood if u like it. I was desperate and there wasn't a queue. Now I know why? Never again!

The standard has dropped tremendously. So much so that the fish and chicken have no taste, even with chilli. I hope something can be done to bring back its glory in the early 2000!
