From a big restaurant some years ago, to the small eatery with outdoor seating, I personally feel this place remains relatively the best option around here. I always come here for my favourite Original flavoured chicken thigh pieces..

Clean, efficient and spacious fast food joint. Always a childhood memory to have KFC after playing w the animals at the sanctuary nearby, especially baby chicks.

Plenty of seats even though it was a saturday. Loved that the fries was hot and generous amount of cheese and mayo. Chicken was ok too. One of the better stores out of the other options which are expensive and dont look really appetising either.

KFC located at Singapore Zoo - Food is served quite quickly but price is abit more pricey. They have an eating area that is outdoor so it can get abit warm. Overall it’s a good place to have a quick bite.

Surprised by the bad reviews here. Perhaps we were lucky. The food at this KFC outlet at the kids play was fantastic! The original chicken was served hot - they were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The fries, coleslaw and whipped potato were good too. In fact, this outlet possibly serves the best original KFC chicken in Singapore. Perhaps because of the high footfall at this outlet and that we visited during the busy lunch period, the food was served fresh and hot. The only drawback is that the place is always crowded and getting a table may not be as straightforward.

It’s been a while since I had KFC, but the quality has really gone down hill. The fries were dry and soggy. Not fresh at all. The chicken were a bit small for my liking. There are way better restaurants inside and outside the zoo. One of the staff working there was pretty friendly so 2 stars or else would have rated it a 1.

As expected serviced by Chinese, rude people, don't care about your customer at all. Asked for 3 peaces meal, charged for 3 and gave only 2 peaces and later told I asked for 2 peaces and asked to pay for 3rd peaces. Watch out if you are foreigner.

Worst KFC I've seen in my whole life! In this certain branch, they got no Hot Wings, Tenders or anything else KFC is famous for on the menu! Just Burgers, Fried Chicken Breast and Fries, nothing else! Either way you shouldn't go there after 4 p.m. Although they close at 6 p.m., they usually run out of chicken by that time and only sell Fries after 4 p.m.! Can't recommend this KFC branch!

Worst kfc outlet I've ever been to, rude customer service by Amruta. Showed her annoyance for a simple request of water. Almost all food options were unavailable. Pieces of chicken found in fries.

The last time I ate KFC was like a decade ago. Since it’s a special zoo day hence decided to let the kids try. The overall taste of the KFC meal from the chicken to the mash potatoes to the coleslaw was so poor versus how I remembered it many years ago. The fried chicken hardly have much flavor. The mash potatoes gravy was plain in taste and the same for coleslaw. Disappointing indeed. Only saving grace was the burgers. Decent in taste. Don’t think I will have KFC anytime soon.

Nice environment. Food price some different from others outlets. Raining times tables are wet. Staff should keep clear table and clean frequently. Direct sunlight fall in table feeling hot.
