The food is nice, especially meet rebus with chicken cutlet. Nice plan to dine in as usually not crowded, enjoy the peace. Staff were friendly from uncle counter to the kitchen staff. Highly recommended. One set back is the bread is not available during afternoon. Suggest the management can add it, especially during high tea.

Updating my review as service by the staff taking orders have improved by leaps and bounds. This eatery serves a good variety of local delights. Food and drinks were not particularly impressive but were of decent quality and quantity. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the self-ordering kiosks were easy to use and included comprehensive choices. Food collection was also self-service.

The Thai Beef noodles caught my eye and ended up buying their beef brisket noodles ($$7.50). The noodles were a little undercook with the inside still a little hard. I let it soak a little and it softened. I wish the soup broth has a little stronger beef stock taste. Overall the noodles is ok if not too fuss about a quick simple meal. This is a halal cafe.

At 12.46 on 31 May 2023, I ordered a dish of rice with Thai Tom Yum chicken, a toast set, and 2 cups of drinks(for my son). At the time I was collecting my toast at the first thing, a woman staff spoke Chinese to me and I said ‘English please’. She asked ‘Drink Drink’ and I said ‘NO’. But she kept asking the same thing and pointing to the pager. Then another woman staff told me to ask my friend to come, but I said I was alone so she asked how we communicate because I didn't understand. I said I told you NO and I just got this toast. They were very rude and made faces not pleased to service me. If someone in management sees my review, please train these two staff to have more manners.

Food poisoning. Chee Cheong Fun sauce was sour like vinegar. We thought perhaps vinegar was added. Both me and my husband have diarrhoea after that.

The staffs rather sat at the corner and leave the table with stains. Food wise, the broth is way too sweet and the beef all overcooked and hard

It's a hospital cafeteria. Don't ask for too much. Staff are friendly and try to help customers. The place is always crowded so chope your seats first then order. You can do it via the machines or through the cashier. The food came quickly. We had mee siam, chwee kueh, chee cheong fun, lime juice with sour plums and iced tea.. There is little to no salt and oil (it is in a hospital after all) but the flavors are there. I prefer the mee siam they serve which is slightly sweet over the sour version. The lime juice is power packed sourish. Price is normal for today. All in all, a good place to eat or sneak something up to your family member who is warded.

I purchased Chicken Basil Rice from MaMum at KK Hospital. First the quantity of rice and chicken was so little for the price and 1/4th of the chicken was just chicken skin. They use a big plastic bento for takeaway but it’s only using 1/4th of its capacity. The taste was bland and nothing special. At $8.50, this is a scam! I sent feedback to the email address on the receipt but got no acknowledgement or response. They probably don’t care. The foodcourt at KKH is closed for renovation and the few restaurants out there are booming with business due to lack of choices for the customers. Otherwise there’s no reason for such businesses to survive.

Long queue at lunch hours but have self kiosk and normal kiosk for ordering separately. Waiting time is quite fast. Only thing is the table is abit dirty. Food overall taste good and the chicken noodle look really good for the noodles is shiny. Mee rubus taste very good also. Counter staffs is very fast in responding. Do not even need to wait for you to ask and quite friendly too.

For a shop situated in the hospital. The food is saltier than usual. Ordered the chicken rendang. The meat was red inside (as shown in picture). Staff insisted that “it’s like that one”. Disappointed.

Food was OK. Had to wait to get a seat. Very busy since the kopitiam is closed for construction. Place is not clean. I'm guessing it's rat poop bcs the poop is big... disgusting 😭😭😭😭

Not many food options in KKH so this is a go - yo there. Very long queue to order and as pple take forever @ self service stations, it is always a long wait Also super confusing as need to show receipt to drink counter - no instructions given @ self service Food was pretty inferior - all from packaged sauces and oily I ordered more veg and got more beef. Tough and tasteless

No wonder no crowd. Self collection but drinks and food different point and expect customer to know. No one guide and when asked, the Malay lady just point to another side. Eggs very watery and look at the butter, LOL.
