Nice quiet place to go for our favourite flame grilled burgers! I like BK because they have the plant based whopper! It seems like the only fast food in Singapore that has plant based burger. However note that the plant based patties are cooked on the same grill where the real meat patties are. So for strict vegetarians or vegans this may not be acceptable. But for casual vegetarian It’s A Great place to have plant based burger! Furthermore the burger taste so much like the real whopper! So it’s really a great place to go! The staffs in this outlet are really friendly! Also very helpful too! The layout is spacious and comfortable - a great place to go if you are in the area! Plus their Taro turnover is great! Also their mushroom Swiss is of course unbeatable!

Had to make a lot of takeaway orders so we told the staff that we don't need drinks for our order set meals for convenience sake, and the staff gave us free coffee pies and banana pies. Really thankful for their understanding and excellent service by trading drinks with pies! All the film crews on set enjoyed eating them!👍🏼✨

We were flabbergasted cos we ordered two plant based burgers and we received four. Apparently there was a one for one deal but it wasn’t shown on the order terminal! We sat one meter from a bin and while we were eating the worker started to clear the bin. (It was half a bag full) Typically it’s rather a longish wait here and Everytime we come back we say we won’t come back again…until we forget again…

Ate the limited time Angus beef Swiss mushroom burger and really enjoyed every bite of it. It’s been a while since I ate BK, but it was a really pleasant discovery. This outlet is fabulous for a catch up with friends, with friendly staff like Fara who notices your needs and a dedication to serve that she even sings your order number. Together with the powerful aircon that cools us from this recent extremely hot weather, it adds a comfortable place for chill-out that is not full of yelling and stuffiness unlike most fast food restaurants. My friend and I enjoyed our stay there, surprisingly. Highly recommend!

Calm outlet, many tables. Eating place for family or a small group meet and dining. Like their usual good long chicken burger. There are few self ordering machines and a staffed counter for ordering. Staff services are good. Its inside Heartland mall and right above Kovan MRT.
