Bought WokHey from Bukit Panjang Plaza through GrabFood! The food is nice but it’s abit expensive but I don’t mind as it’s good. Love to see the chefs prepare it if you’re at the store. Will definitely buy again!

Ordered many times from this outlet. But first time reviewing cos really cannot tahan anymore. Always pay for extra vegetable but only realised missing ingredient when we were about to eat! Happened to me three times! Can the Wok Hey staff please be more careful while scooping in the ingredients?

Food is not bad but sometimes it’s TOO oily, I can even see the oil below like a swimming pool lolol. Service is sooo slow at BPP maybe because they just like to overwhelm themselves with online and walk-in orders 🙂

Hey! It’s my first time trying wok hey. I found the rice a bit soggy. Yes it’s tasty but could it be because of the MSG that they add?

This is really ridiculous. Ordered my food at 6.08pm and was told waiting time of 20-30 minutes based on the time chart. The number wouldn’t move even after 50 minutes. Collected my food at 7.02pm for two packets of fried rice. Mind you there’s 3 chefs cooking and the grab food orders kept coming in. Please tell your crew to off the grab machine if you can’t even handle ground orders. If I can give zero stars i will. And one of your malay chef was talking to a regular instead of cooking during peak hours.

Ordered at the store there. Was standing there waiting and saw some boxes ready and put on the table but no number was called so thought is for delivery or online self-collect. Waited 10mins, number still did not jump so go up to ask, in the end the foods that are placed on the table are mine. Not sure what the number system are for if do not use, inside got 7 peoples working some more.

Tried the egg fried rice with seasoned prawns. Surprisingly it was good, and tasty. The eggs and rice blend together nicely, and the short grain gives it a nice texture. The prawns are fresh and the overall experience was good. Will be back to try other options!

Recently tried the newly launched Braised Abalone Black Pepper Fried Rice MAX for a quick dinner fix and it was satisfying! I enjoyed the flavourful black pepper fried rice and the amount of braised abalone was pretty generous for the price. The addition of pineapples also gave the overall flavour profile a nice sweetness. The service was fast and efficient here too.
