You guys should seriously consider using a wireless pager system to let customers wait & collect their food. Bloody queue is like 30-45 minutes after placing the order. Ridiculous amount of time spent standing around a slow moving snaking queue. Also your signage for Order & Collection is not clearly displayed. So many people wasted their time queuing, only to see that one long queue is for collection & not order. Simply ridiculous.

Really bad ordering experience. The cashier lady kept repeating the same question and eventually got my order wrong. Unable to finish the dish as it’s so so so salty and oily. The sauce is like highly concentrated salt water. Beef portion is ridiculously small comparing to other stores. Worst Pepper Lunch stall we ever tried.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is double portion of beef according to the staff. If so, they are really extremely overpriced. For $9.50 i would expect more for sure. Also, the rice is so mushy. I didn’t realise Pepper Lunch sold porridge too. Damn lousy. Zero stars if it was possible.

Have never been to such a slow and inefficient pepper lunch before . This is supposed to be express food where you do most of the cooking yourself . We’re 2nd in the order queue yet had to stand there for a good 15 mins whilst the aunties fussed over God knows what behind the counters

Newly opened pepper lunch restaurant in Parkway Parade level 1. New concept dining area where it houses many restaurants. Nice environment to dine in with strong air conditioning. Not to mention very good service provided by the staffs as well. Thumbs up. Do expect queue over the weekend and meal times. They’ve queue system, just scan and pre-order online while you wait for your table. By the way you can also order over the counter as well. Family friendly place to dine in.

We had the Black Angus Yakiniku and Meat Trio ordered via app and served to table. Not too bad wait time even with the crowd at dinner peak hour. Strong BBQ aroma in the air that’ll prob hang on to our clothes as usual. No need to review this place seriously as we all know it’s just casual and fun stuff. We enjoyed our meal. All good here.

Thank you for the food. It was delicious and indeed still piping hot , I burnt the roof of my mouth ! Portion was generous and somehow also controlled, which is a good thing if you are eating based on this system. Curry sauce is always 😘.

The food is decent, just like pepper lunch. Kids love it. Been to this outlet twice since it opens. Staff is friendly, polite and helpful. A guy with a name tag “Har” ( I hope I didn’t see wrongly) was so polite that he came to the customer’s table to inform the customer on food availability and explained patiently. Another lady, ushering customer (no name tag, Malay lady, kinda petite) was also awesome. She cleans her table so well, including the sides. Attentive. Most people only wipe the surface, I think she has a great attitude. BUT… the place smells so bad. N you will smell like BBQ when u leave. Hope they can invest in more air purifier or better ones.

Ordered the most expensive item on the menu today, the Angus beef steak set priced at $29.90 for 230gm of steak. 100gm of beef tendon more like it. All the sides also shrank compared to before, nothing taste as good. My husband’s curry tasted like starchy water. Not returning.
