Visited on a weekend for lunch. Japchae was absolutely disgusting — oily, clumped together, hardened at the sides while retaining their original container’s shape, it is pretty clear that the microwave oven was the chef behind this dish. The cheesy hot plate dish was not too bad, they had a decent amount of cheese on it and it was melted at some parts. Chicken was far from being crispy— it was hot, but the oil draining was not done nicely enough and rendered the chicken somewhat soggy. Spicy ramyeon with cheese was the best dish that day, though it is hardly a compliment since you’d have to try rather hard to fail at making instant noodles. We cleared our own trays, but there were so many other trays heaped up at the bin/tray collection point. Do work on the cleanliness too!

Food is nice but not the price. 2pcs children is $8, and so small. Hope is will be better next time after the chicken shortage. Environment very teens and young adults. Will come back again.

Ordered through Grab. The sauce was too little!!! Nene chicken really is not consistent with their food standard. Previous ordered 6 pieces wings and received quite a lot of sauce with the wings. Another time I had ordered the same set of wings and received very little sauce. Really not consistent! I really would have paid extra to get more sauce .

Nene chicken is fast food aka Korean style. Price wise is affordable. For budae jjigai roughly 38 sgd for 3 people sharing. Taste wise for budae is good and i like it. Atmosphere wise is not bad and Lucky i came is not so crowded. Normally it is crowded depending on weekdays or weekends. For those that want to enjoy chicken aka Korean style just come in here. Be careful if it is spicy ya

First ever try and it was amazing. We ordered the Cheese pull chicken hotplate (sharing) which is good for 2-3 pax. We chose wings and smoky bbq for the flavor, it also comes with a great amount of curly fries. The melted cheese - wings - fries combo is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We would definitely comeback since the service was fast too and it was really worth what we paid for. 💸

The restaurant was not really packed on a Sunday night 8pm. Ordered 12 pieces chicken sticks and most sauces had ran out except the slightly hot sauce. Waited for ~8mins and our food was ready for collection. Average overall on the chicken and sauce.

Overpriced and undercooked. Visited on a Wednesday evening. Ordered a meal of 6 wings, one side dish, one drink, and another ala carte tofu stew for $23. They used too hot oil to fry their chicken wings, and one of my wings had blood in it! The level 2 Hot sauce is too sweet and was unexpectedly weak in spiciness. Their sundubu-jjigae tasted watered down and weak in flavour. The ingredients in the stew were quite tasteless too. Their curly fries were also over-fried and tasted mostly of oil rather than potato. There wasn't any kpop music or videos being played while we visited. Definitely won't be coming back again. At this price it's better to visit the other Korean shops on the basement floor of nex.

The japchae supposedly their “signature” just tasted like noodles with a bit of fried soya sauce on it. Chicken was really small and sad. I don’t really feel the set meal was really worth the money just cause of how bad it taste. I think they will be better at chicken instead, just don’t get their japchae.

It's basically Korean food, fast food style. We had the wings & sticks, soy flavour, and Budae Jjigae, which was meant for 3 pax. Overall, a decent place for a meal, just don't expect top notch Korean food. The Budae Jjigae was average, but something I wouldn't mind eating again. Their fried chicken was probably their best dish.

Paid $14.30 for combo C (extra 50cents for kimchi). It is so overpriced. The wing is so small I was wondering if it's from a chick instead. Taste wise decent but for the price I'm sure you can get better quality food at an actual Korean restaurant.

My 1st time experienced with this brand and I was attracted by the value meal board at the entrance.

The chicken tenders was cold, and even when we asked them to heat it up for us, it only got slightly warmer. When I asked the staff to heat up the chicken, they gave an exasperated look and also did not apologise. The cup of coke that they served us was without ice, and the coke was flat. Not going to patronise this place again.

Very costly for 6 pieces of nugget sized chicken tender that had more skin than meat, a small soft drink and a small portion of cold curly fries. Had to pay extra for the kimchi. No wonder the place was empty.
