Ordered Salted Caramel Pancakes. The Pancakes were fluffy, the salted caramel sauce was good too. Nice dessert to share with people. The staff were friendly too. Do note you will have to wait 15-20mins for the pancake to be prepared so for people who are a little tight on time, I would not recommend you to come. Also during peak hours the waiting time can be long, be ready to wait a minimum of 30 minutes before being seated in the outlet. Other than that the food is good and service staff were nice and friendly.

Not bad for the food. But somehow expect a long waiting time, especially when you see occupied tables with several customers. I waited 30min before my dessert was ready to be served. The soft pancake was freshly baked fresh after ordering. I will not recommend it for people who have time limitations or want quick dessert satisfaction.

Had the salted caramel soufflé pancake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and iced latte. The pancake was gorgeously delicious - not too sweet, airy, soft and jiggly. The whipped cream was very fresh and light. There was a bit of a wait for the pancake to be ready though - didn't quite time the duration, but possibly 15 to 20 minutes thereabouts. I suppose food for conversations while you wait. Suitable for tea or dessert.

Had a brunch with my daughter. This fluffy stack is quite filling too. Nice to see, delicious to eat. I love the peaceful ambience I had last Saturday. Really appreciate everything.

Brought parents out for lunch, and was in search of dessert after our savoury meal. Quick search on Google led us two floors up to Fluff Stack, a place my parents hadn't tried before yet! Staff were extremely friendly, and were a lot of fun to watch scooping up the pancake batter onto the griddle! Bought the peanut and pistachio pancakes, and boy were they delicious. Parents are not fans of things that were too sweet, but the pancakes we had definitely vibed with their tastebuds. Finished up the delicious jiggly goodness in no time and left feeling super happy and satisfied! :)

Convenient place to fix soufflé pancake craving. Generally enjoy their pancakes. Have tried their hazelnut choc & mango coconut and both are solid in terms of flavour and ingredients used. Price a bit on the higher side tho

Came on a weekday and food arrived quite fast. The pancake was also freshly made upon order. However, for the price it’s definitely a much more pricer desert option.

The souffle pancakes were slightly overcooked but still great! The mango passionfruit came with a whole mango! And, it’s sweet! Passionfruit is tangy but goes great with the pancakes and mango. Tiramisu is pretty decent but nothing to write about. Strawberry cheese is really good! Everything is well balanced on the menu. I highly recommend the earl grey ice cream. Best earl grey ice cream I ever had. Strong taste of tea and perfect amount sweetness, great way to end the meal😌 Staff were friendly, pancake wait time was to be expected. I went on a weekday lunch time and the shop was totally empty.

Excellent presentation, appetizing, trying their 1838 croffle which is sweet but not too much, and a delight to eat.

Came in on a sat early evening. It was quiet with only 2 tables occupied. There r 3 staff. Ordered mango pancake with coconut ice cream - it’s really nice! Will definitely come back to try other flavours. Will give 4 star at least. But the staff taking the order seems to have a very bad day and was very curt and rude. Hence 2 stars. Hopefully the next time I come it will be a different staff member taking order.

The pancakes are freshly made upon ordering. However, when I ordered mine, it seemed they used a recently fresh made to serve it but it wasn't hot/warm anymore. Regardless, I enjoyed the Cinnamon Sugar Croffle more

Had our lunch here. It's our first time too. My son wanted to try it for so long and finally we had the time to visit this outlet. The place was quiet and empty but I guess that lunch hour was over as we got there around 1:30pm-ish. Ambiance is cosy and not noisy as compared to other places that is around the vicinity. Ordered the Salted Caramel Souffle Pancake, 1838 Classic Croffles (a combination of Croissant & Waffles) and Remembering Elvis Croffles. Salted Caramel Souffle: • The pancake was so soft that the knife just cuts through it like a melted butter. Topped with Whipped Cream and Salted Caramel Sauce. 1838 Classic Croffles: • Exactly what a croissant should be but with a honeycomb waffle looks. Topped with powdered sugar, caramel sauce, butter & chopped nuts and a premium flavoured ice-cream of your choice. Remembering Elvis Croffles: I think this is the Premium one out of the menu. I don't want to spoilt the taste but I guess that you have to try it to know it. Recommended for those who have a sweet tooth. I'll rate it at 9/10. Overall Experience is 9/10

Fluff stack (Northpoint) is located at Level 2, South Wing. It is hidden in between the alleys - Opposite Gelare ice-cream place. The tiramisu pancake is quite nice and appetising. The small jar is a very diluted coffee that goes well with the pancake:). Very fluffy stack of pancakes. Highly recommended. Come early before the place gets crowded.

I felt it wasn't as fluffy as the ones I've tried at Suntec City before. But overall it's still ok.
