$7.9 for this, pathetic amount of food. Fish was so tiny, at least give more rice please. Will not patronise again.

I was there on 10 Jan at 1pm. Beside a cashier, there were 3 other counter staffs. So, it was a lot of staff for a counter take away. But sadly, they cannot manage. There were only 3 of us in the queue. With one returned guest complaining about her takeaway and insisted on a refund. Firstly, the cashier was so busy with her thoughts. I have to repeat my order 3x. I ordered the set with fish. Thankfully, I paid attention to my box. Before they closed my box, I noticed there were no fish and have to highlight to the “packer”. And one packer just point to the other packer to put in the fish. And once is packed, they just left my box infront of them and I have to ask if it’s done. Robot operate better than this. After paying $7.10 with additional long beans, my box looks pathetic. Seriously, those 3 counter staff behaved like a factory line when all they need is one person pack the box and put into a plastic bag for me to takeaway. They were waiting for each other to complete their station role. It is only a box of Nasi lemak, how complicated can it be? All you need is one efficient staff to complete this task.🤦🏻♀️

Order for dinner takeaway & had wanted only 1 otah. Cashier suggested ordering 2 as it is cheaper and for which I agreed. Only 1 lady (Indian/ Malay) was packing for customers who bought in-store or via food delivery apps. I even confirmed with her that I need not check that my order is accurate, & she replied that I need not check my order. MISTAKE! I was home unpacking & She only gave me 1 instead of 2 otah! Please get more staff to help out with the food packing. @cravenasilemak #cravenasilemak

Worst Crave outlet ever. Came on 3/9/2022 at about 1.30pm, Chinese aunty who prepared my food was rude and unfriendly. Requested for a little more sambal, but at the top of her voice, she said it was for additional 60 cents, in front of other customers and shoppers, as though she wanted to humiliate me like I cannot pay for it. Not the first occasion that she was rude, a few times already. Even giving one star rating from me is generous already.

I’m not sure if it’s if it is your service staff or your cash collection platform that is a mega problem (maybe both). I ordered 2 sets and made payment, while waiting, I saw Bergerdil was an option that I wanted to add. Asked for it to be added, thinking it is a top up to my order just barely 1 minute ago. Was charged for it as ala carte which is 50cents more. I don’t know how you have payment so complicated that I cannot top it up. The male staff was rude and did not inform of the price difference, insisting that it is an ala carte and non-chalant when I asked for it to be removed. Hence, I paid this 50cents extra so it ingrains in my mind to never pay for your bad service again.
