Very poor service. This is what we get by ordering mc spicy chicken burger nothing but some mayo and thin slices of bun. Replacement also same with no much difference.

This is food court .you will have every cuisine here.mac Donald’s dominos Moti mahal chaayos ice creams South Indian fast food costa coffee and many more .this is good place in Karnal in the name of savouy greens with hotel also .this place have rooms also .must go there if you are one the highway of Delhi .this is in karnal .you will enjoy with varieties of food

This place is located in Savoy Green's karnal on National Highway 44, when moving towards Delhi. Nice place to eat, you can enjoy with your family and friends, superb quality food, supportive staff and very fast service. Overall good experience.

It is on Highway when u are leaving from chandigarh to Delhi, after karan lake. Food is good they have Mac d, chayos, Dominos, costa and idli, Big tiger. Food is good on every outlet, except Moti Mahal food , price is very high and food is not good, I would never recommended Moti Mahal to people, rest wash room are clean, they have some clothing and shoe shop and on the first floor they have buffet and also you can get rooms for stay

Don't finalise your order watching the first display board as lot of items are not mentioned. When you move to the payment window, there is another board where you will find a lot of better options.

Very Poor and Rude Behaviour of staff. I asked them to make 2 bills to avail the offers/vouchers on drive thru but they refused to do so. They are making their own rules and theories that one car one bill in drive thru. Convey this message to higher authorities of Macdonalds as they are harrasing customers

Very nice place. It's inside a small mall with multiple other resturants also. Free parking available. Fast and good service. Neat and clean area. Neat and clean washrooms. Taste wise gud.

I've visited numerous McDonald's locations across Punjab, but my recent experience at this particular outlet was disappointingly subpar. The food I received was notably cold. The burger, usually a reliable choice, had a patty that was excessively dry and tough, making it a challenge to chew. Additionally, the fries, which are typically a highlight, fell short of expectations. They lacked their usual crispiness and seemed as if they had been sitting out for at least 30 minutes before being served. I recognize that fast-food restaurants can have busy periods, but maintaining quality is crucial. It's disappointing when an establishment fails to deliver the classic McDonald's experience, especially when it comes to the fundamentals of freshness and temperature. This visit was a letdown, and I hope the staff will refocus on quality to ensure the consistency McDonald's is known for.

Food quality is degrading by the day. Fries are generally soggy, burger are like they were prepared one day before and being served today. This is specially when ordered through drive thru.

Just reach drive thru few minutes before 11pm according to their closing time… and they said we can’t make it any burger for us just because we are in line of drive thru and reach at 11:02 at order station. Karnal mcdonalds service is very bad… personally don’t recommend it because after few requests to make a order they refuse for only be in line… very bad service never happened with me as other franchisees like kfc and burger king after we request they accept order but this karnal mcdonalds is very bad in service and understanding other’s situation. Now kcf is closed but they are very happy to serve us a meal…
