You can never go wrong with Seoul Garden buffet right??? It is like Macdonalds in the fast food chain. The standard Halal Buffet one will go to should one wants to go to a buffet place! Overall, nice ambiance and great staff service. Will definitely come back again:)

Out on a mission, to reward myself and tried to figure out the best makan place. Really? Did I even have to think hard? Of cos not! It's definately Seoul Garden! Made my reservation for 2 pax and off we went. Oh best to mention first that they no longer have buffet but have a bit more customised "bundle" packages ranging from 68 to 100 for 2 pax (thereabouts) . Was kinda apprehensive as of late, many many establishments have been rather disappointing be it the service or food quality. I had high hopes for Seoul Gardens, really I did. Having been disappointed by other grill shops, Seoul Gardens is my ray of hope, so to speak. We were received by q gentlemen who was super welcoming and seemed genuinely pleased to receive customers and that in itself is such an awesome feeling. We were seated and he went on to explain what our options were and 10 minutes later, ALL, and I mean ALL our items were on the table. Let's get this clear and right of the bat, every meat was juicy qnd actually tasted different! Really different unlike some other places where it all tasted the same. I don't even know where to begin except that we were fully satisfied with what we got. The portioning was generous and even the top ups were of substantial portion. Let the pictures speak for itself. Now about the staff, there were 3 of them from what I can make out and ALL 3 were wonderful!!!! They were fast, they were efficient and they were friendly and courteous throughout. I totally am blown away by their level of professionalism. This needs to be mentioned though, the lady had a slightly harder time trying to explain to me in English but she soldiered on and tried hard. I really super appreciate it much. I just told her to speak in Mandarin to my buddy and she seem relieved. Normally I would be passed if I'm spoken in other language other then English but because she tried hard, didn't assume and made the effort, she deserves all the recognition. I have been disappointed by so many restaurants but fortunately Seoul Garden has been able to maintained in fact up their game by having wonderful people fronting their establishment. That's a huge asset. Will I patronise again and again and again??? Definitely without a doubt! Would even urge my network to give them a visit too cos it's worth every cent. In times where everything is challenging, Seoul Garden was able to adapt and still maintained its place as amongst the best. Kudos!!!! Food : 5 / 5 Staff : 5 / 5 Ambience: 5 / 5

Was not a fan of Korean seasoned BBQ meat, but my recent visit made me love their food. Their premium n supreme tier is fantastic either better quality meat!

Having buffet dinner at Seoul Garden. Have different variety of beefs and chicken,vegetables, if pay supreme pricing can have wagyu beef. But the dessert should improve only Ice cream and never refill.

Had lunch on a weekend. Came because of the good reviews. Right side of the shop is for buffet. Service was great! Recommends the beef bibimbap. Very tasty beef and also came with 2 free small appetiser like kimchi. Staff showed us what is available in the buffet for standard and premium. Will try the buffet on a weekday lunch which is cheaper.

This jurong point outlet staff is very slow despite not having alot of customer on a weekday.. Some of the food also did not top up when running low.. Staff refuse to let me use my $20 off voucher despite being my birthday month he insisted i can only use for nextime which will expire in a months time (who even eat buffet once a month) lol ?!!! Food wise ok. But will not come back to this outlet as staff have very bad attitude!

My mom and I dined here (Seoul Garden Hotpot) on a Monday, around 13.45pm. Excellent service from staff, Haroon. Friendly, thoughtful and professional, going an extra mile to provide me iced water and checked with us how the food was. He deserves a raise for being very attentive towards customers and ensuring that we were comfortable throughout our meal. The cook, Clark, deserves a major shoutout too because the food was bussin. We had the ginseng chicken and spicy wagyu soon dubu, we finished everything. The ginseng chicken...lets just say that after eating it, I became a better person. Definitely a must try! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Seriously Seoul Garden Hotpot deserves more recognition for serving amazing halal Korean food. As far as authenticity goes, my mom and I visited Seoul a few times so I can vouch that the food is as good as the real deal!

Visited for a gathering with colleagues. Took premium menu option. They gave us a yellow colour wrist band. Had a nice chat and great time. The yellow wrist band gets some additional items from the closed counter. overall not bad. They seemed to be really busy.

Unsure about it as this is the first time trying the Seoul Garden Hotpot. Am surprised the food tastes nice. We had Kimchi Seafood Hotpot (2 small abalones, 2 fresh medium prawns, sea cucumber), Beef Hotplate (sweet & hot) and fried chicken wings.

Think they had a change in management thus their menu were affected as well. Ordered beef army stew (I regularly had these for the past years) with the spicy level - 2. What got me surprised - there was a slice of chilli on top of my soup (I remembered that there wasn’t any chilli in the soup besides the chilli flakes - based on your spicy level). Thought that was an additional garnish to add on some ‘colours’ to the soup. However, as I do not see any chilli flakes on top of my soup, I supposed the sliced chilli was the alternative to the chilli flakes. Sadly, couldn’t finish the soup as something was just missing. Not sure if they had a change to their ingredients? “If it ain’t broken, don’t fix it”

Dined here with my sis and mom. Excellent service from all the staff here. I didn’t get their names but 2 staff specifically, an Indian and Chinese man were very nice towards us. They were prompt to serve their customers and their warm smiles radiate positive energy. Kudos!

My family had a sumptuous lunch at this popular BBQ Restaurant at Jurong Point. We had experienced with great teams of very polite and impeccable service officers, especially Front Desk Mr Terence, Mr Haroon, and Chef Dan was part of that very professional helpful officers and let us enjoy our wonderful lunch. Ms. Jasmine goes on with extra miles, clearing our table when it is a little messy with empty plates. The food was fresh, especially the Aged Beef Well done. Keep it up!

This hotpot and bbq buffet is worth its price. There are different selections of meat and few seafood. The food were good and I love the kimchi soup! They also have ice cream for dessert. The drinks are unlimited included in the buffet price. Though there were a lot of people because of iftar, we still managed to get a table. The place is big and has a lot of tables. They also have great staff with great customer service!

Me and the wife decided to have a seoul garden buffet for iftar today. Was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and friendliness from the staff. All of them had constantly checked in all throughout our buffet dinner! We had a good time and enjoyed our meal here! They even took a snapshot of us! And we got to keep as a memory! Special mention to Evan, Billy , Pamela ( I hope i got their names right) amongst the many that were tirelessly working! Great job guys! Keep it up ! Will be back!
