Had a rather bland but positive experience at this KFC branch on a Tuesday night ☘️ male staff who took my order was also the poor guy who had to assist others in food collection. Is there some kind of hidden toxicity between the colleagues in this branch? Or perhaps a lack of human touch between management and the staff? Life is not just all about numbers but numbers DO matter when a lack in quality is evident. A simple maintenance check on the drinks machine, a simple weekly recognition from manager when a staff excels in his or her job, a more inclusive demographic of elderly and young hires to overcome each other’s weaknesses, goes a long way because customers can feel it no matter how much the staff try to hide what goes on behind the scenes. Hopefully KFC Chinatown can see better days ahead 🙏🏻❤️

I tried the hot and crispy chicken. It was very crispy but since I normally eat the original chicken in Japan, it was very different to what I know. They serve some kind of rice dish here too. They also serve Milo at KFC here. The taste of their fries was so so as well as the chicken.

The chicken and food was okay! Location and arrangement of the tables and chairs didn’t block the way, which was good. Machine without receipts! Service staff weren’t very receptive or responded to you even though I stood at the counter for some time! Also generally they aren’t very friendly, only occasionally there will be one or two staff that are nice and helpful!

Ordered a currycano meal and currycano box only to be told to collect our drinks first and informed by the unapologetic cashier that there was “no curry sauce” when the food was finally ready. When asked more, she just replied “I don’t know, the kitchen said no sauce”. Order was places around 9pm, 1 hour before closing time. Restaurant should have taken item off the menu if they were not able to fulfill the orders properly. Disappointed by the experience which wasn’t made any better by the staff.

Manpower is a mess, staff are all too busy preparing orders that keep coming in non-stop and kiosk is not printing any receipt, customers are confused whose order came first because no receipt issued. At one point, 3 customers had to stand together aside to check their orders among themselves because they've been waiting for MORE than 30 mins. I also saw at least 2 Grab/FP riders waiting for very long, at the same time the FoodPanda device keeps going off as FP orders keep coming in. Haven't had KFC in a very long time and this experience made me remember why. What's the point of having 2 kiosk and 2 cashiers when you only have 1 staff outside packing orders and manning the cashier? Kudos to the staff for working so hard and trying their best, I really pity them as they have to suffer due to poor manpower arrangement by the management of KFC. At least your staff is trying her best by telling every walk in customer in advance to look at the order screen, orders are coming in non stop and minimum wait time is 30 minutes. Leave if you cannot wait because there is only 1 staff outside doing a 2 or 3 people job. 👍🏻 to the staff at Chinatown Point KFC, but 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 to KFC management. Poor planning of manpower. Disastrous. EDIT: Whoever who intends to dine in/takeaway from this outlet, please note that the order number showed on the screen is not accurate. Your order number will be displayed on the screen but actually the order is not ready yet. Have to wait because the staff is alone manning a 2-3 people job.

The 2pc chicken is not nice. There is no more spices like in the past. I had tired another kfc branch and it is same (no spices). Their food standard had dropped since 2023. 2022 food was better than now.

If you have manpower issues, considering hiring more. It's not good practise for noone to be at the counter, get told to use the machines when everyone couldn't make payment with it, and be given an angry face and no acknowledgement of the issue. This specific staff also just walked away from a situation, not caring that the customers are unhappy while giving off an angry face. Is this how your company handle issues? There needs to be some quality control between branches, seriously.

Wow was there for a bite. KFC Uncle performming kung-fu with a knife, free of charge. He was unstoppable, other staff around were either doing their work or too immersed with his performance. Anyway kudos to the hiring team.

standard Fried chicken as other outlets, service wasn’t great thought. As i accidentally ordered takeaway but wanted to eat in store, staff nagged at me cuz i wasting their plastic boxes. Not like i purposely want to waste plastic boxes. Made me feel bad while eating there 😰

Food is cold and I met with an unfriendly and unpleasant staff named Ted. I merely asked for a few more serviettes after seeing just a few pieces in my takeaway but was finger pointed by him saying he doesn't have anymore for me. I pointed out that there's plenty I can see just at the counter and that was rude of him I was only making a reasonable request, but he got angry and instead challenged me if I want to speak to his manager then? Lolz... KFC pls take heed of the mounting bad reviews you have and sort out the issues, and get these and other non service oriented staffs replaced, will definitely avoid this lousy outlet.

Ordered for take out with the app, then I received notif that the order has been taken and completed before I even arrive there yet. Told them that someone took my order, but the staff refused to prioritize my order. In total I waited 45 minutes for my food. What a waste of time..

Thanks to staff Mr.Vijay. He was very helpful and considerate in helping us decide our choices and explaining the menu (we were tourists) The service was quick. This KFC experience gave us a positive start to our day.

A old aunty doesnt allow me to order the food at the counter. Telling me to order at kiosk . Reason given is we are busy, then why u have the counter for ordering for what purpose? So i went other restaurants to eat
