I believe Prema Deli just changed the blueberry spread to some kind of artificial blueberry spread instead of the original ones. it taste like cough syrup medicine.. It is so disappointing and I will not be buying again, you charge at a higher price but quality standard dropped... Even my daughter also commented why the taste so diff now. Not worth.

No customer was at the shop with two assistant. 1 assistant was making waffles for customers. Called out to the one sitting about ordering a cake and she told to wait for the one making the waffles who was busy. Either she was on break or too damn lazy.

the person-in-charge of the wafer making doesn't want to bother to make wafer for me after I show her that it is 11.31am. Her attitude was bad and poor customer service. The wafer was not spread evenly. Please make sure your staff is well trained. Thank you

I visited thrice and found out that they closed at 7pm. They should have update their store hours. Poor service
