We didnt get to order because the staff was extremely rude. I came with my child and planned to mobile order so we took a table closest to where the high chairs are. A staff approached us rudely and told us to move because we took a table for 4 when we were just 2. The store was literally empty. And i explained, though it was obvious, that i have a 2 yr old child with me. Anyway he kept on blabbering while i apologized many times like i did a crime. He helped us move to a 2 seat table but after a while i just decided to leave and find somewhere else to eat.

Ambience is good but the food isn't. Vegetarian option isn't available here in this outlet. But talking about nonveg, preparation is not upto the standards of McDonald's.

Good service and nice environment to chill. A plus point is that there is McCafe here, so there is a wide variety of drink choices. I enjoy dining here as the environment is conducive and relaxing. Update Jun 2020: I have also delivered food for this outlet and I find the staff quite helpful during the order collection.

I wanted to grab a quick late lunch on a Saturday. Once ordered I watched the screen of pending orders waiting patiently for my order to be ready for pick up. After 18 mins of waiting my order just disappeared from the screen. I went to the counter only to be ignored until I eventually got someone’s attention. I finally got my meal after 23 minutes. So much for “fast food” !

Bought salad and the portion was so miserable. Why should someone pay so much for a few leaves? I really wonder if the staff can eat this much and feel full. So stingy.

Cooling place to eat especially if is hot weather. Thank goodness happen to have promotion value meal. The kiosk ordering was slow and after scanning my voucher,it hanged.

Typical Mac food. Had to wait awhile for avail table. There was an episode with a customer and it seems none of the floor manager wants to handle it and eventually the branch manager settled it.

The manager was useless. i ask for curry sauce and chili told me to get it myself when i already requested table service and also got my drink wrong. other staff was nice tho :)

I was a bit shocked when I saw a piece of plastic inside of my scramble egg that I ordered for breakfast meal. It was a huge piece when I took it out, McDonald's please do something about it

With McDonald’s being on every corner of the planet, it is sometimes very hard to be impressed with any branch. This however, was a gem. The staff was friendly, funny, and patient. I have not seen a staff interact with its customers like such in a very long time. Of notes, order the potato wedges instead of fries. It will be worth it.

When I went in they weren't serving some of the items listed on their menu, even though they weren't blanked out on the ordering screens. This meant it allowed me to order drinks I couldn't actually receive. Also tried to go back a few days later in the night as it said the store was 24 hours, however it was shut when we arrived.

McDonald’s pancakes never fail to make my day. They are soft, fluffy and always taste the same - there’s great quality control, no matter which branch you purchase it from (unlike some other restaurants). And this was still so good even though I only had it some time after buying it home.

The staff is not happy with their work and the attitude is very poor!!! The work efficiency is poor, when only my order number is shown on the screen, I waited 15 minutes, still didn't got my food, watched other guests came later than me, took the food, I went to ask them but there’s nobody is preparing food for my number for more than 15mins! I wasted my time, made me very upset, but no one came forward and answered me asked me, only an elder aunty help me prepare, those young employees are very poor service attitude, the worst experience McDonald's is in this home, not worth to get one star.

Ordered nuggets but it was soggy. Can know that it put there for long time. Got requested to have a fresh one and the auntie is very good and changed those woth fresh one to me.

Average McDonalds, which offers very nice opening hours til late in the heart of Orchard. It‘s rather clean and pretty fast. Sadly, the redeem of one coupon from the app didn’t work out, but other than that, a very decent and normal McD experience.
