Quite a decent place for a meal. Price is decent and food quality is rather good (but I feel that it has dropped a bit for some dishes and ingredients have been reduced, but maybe to reduce cost to avoid price increase to customers). The curry fish head is a favourite. Pandan chicken is also good. Others include the different friend rice (although can be a bit bland for some), the tom yum soups, green and red curries, etc. Service is ok. Food will be served fast and consistent. May have to wait during lunch time and weekends.

We visited the restaurant on a Sunday for dinner and waited 25 minutes for a table for 3. Ordered Set Menu 1 and selected Hotplate Beancurd, French Beans with Dried Shrimp and Black Pepper Beef, and added a Curry Fish Head. The Beancurd was disappointing, and the French Bean was average. The Black Pepper Beef was surprising good and the best was the Curry Fish Head. If there is appetite for only one dish, it must be the Curry Fish Head.

One of my favourite zhi char Halal restaurant. Must try Curry fish head. If you are "lazy" with fish bones, get curry fish slice as the gravy is sedap. Hot pepper plate chicken, lemon chicken, tofu, omelette, fried rice, fried kway teow and sichuan soup are also very nice. Very affordable, their service is swift as it can be quite crowded during dinner time. 10% discount if you self ordered via QR code on the table.

Located inside west coast plaza, this is, for want of a better description, an air con tze char eatery. The food is quite good. Service is generally ok, although it can get a bit haphazard. It can get crowded during dinner, so I would recommend going early to ensure you don't need to wait for a table.

One of the best zi char in the west that we always frequent from time to time. The food here is good especially the assam fish head, kangkong belechan, Kan Xiang claypot chicken. There are different set menus for 2-3 people , 4-6 people which includes drinks. We brought our friend here & she really loved it. Highly recommended!!

Ordered the asam fish head, egg, kangkong, salted egg sotong and chicken. Overall a very delicious meal, especially the fish and sotong. Comfortable dinning with aircon. Would recommend for a comfortable meal with family or friends.

Just visited the restaurant on 10 Jun (Sat) with friends. Curry fish head was as yummy. Fish head was big and very fresh. Oyster egg and french beans were also delicious.

Sambal KangKong was done very nicely, one of the better ones in Singapore. The Curry Fish-head, however, was a big disappointment. The fish was not fresh! Tasted like it has been in the freezer for a few days at least i.e. stale. The other ample ingredients in the curry were at least redeeming.

This is a popular lunch time venue for great zichar, curry fish head in a aircon place. The restaurant is always full, so do make a reservation if you are in big group. I highly recommend the claypot golden chicken, curry fish head, fried egg oysters and fried kway teow. They are a halal restaurant which completely surprised me. I have never been to a halal restaurant which cook delicious zi char dishes. The price is very reasonable and portion is good. For a 10 pax dinning, the best deal will be ordering a set menu plus a few extra dishes. You then get to try a little for all their popular dishes

Curry fish head is great! We ordered the set meal for 6 people $82.80. Plus Gst near to $98. Service was fast and place was clean. The oyster egg was delicious, and oysters given was fresh and generous. We will come back again.

Tried the curry fish head for the first time after reading the many good reviews. Curry was above average (7/10) but the only setback was that there were not much vegetables inside the curry compared to those sold by other restaurants. The price of the curry trail was not cheap and thus they could have been more generous with the vegetables.

Good food, quick service but there's always a crowd (wait wasn't long). Understandable why they're so popular. I'll be back. Love that you order online from the table. Food comes pretty quickly and service is slightly above avg I'd say. Food was good and decent price for value. The items with a chili spice have a bit of spiciness. Not too spicy for most and not too mild.

Super fast service and good food! Food came 5 minutes after order. My friends and I selected the set menu for 4. We chose fish head curry, long beans, mapo tofu, claypot chicken, salted egg sotong. All for the price of $98.35 (inclusive of GST & service charge). Food was pretty good! Their fish head curry is very good. Will come again :)

One of the better curry fish head I’ve tried. For the amount we ordered it’s about 35 dollars per pax. Ate with another friend on a weekday night, packed as hell, barely found a human friendly seat for two person situated at the the causeway of the cashier and the kitchen. The atmosphere was definitely impacted. Table was small as hell and we had to cramp all our plates in one table. They lighted the curry fish head infront of us and it had an amazing smell. To be honest if u r gonna order curry fish head. Just Match it with white rice and not Thai seafood rice which btw was terrible and salty. A vegetable drink was discounted for us at 2.50 dollar per cup where the usual price was 3.50. Once again, the vegetable drink felt like an unhealthy sweetened drink that was green in colour filled with a lot of ice. These days restaurants charge you premium price for drinks where at least 70% of the drink is filled with ice so u expect me to sit at your restaurant and wait for your ice to melt while my drink is kept cool. Atmosphere was trash and loud market, u had to literally shout to talk to your friend across the table. Not ur usual candle light express dinner. Good thing they didn’t chase us away from this inhumane table and we left anyway cos it was getting really hot. Yes the temperature in that area is kinda like open air as the aircon is central air cooling of the overall mall. People who love curry fish head should come but just order white rice and bring your own bottle of water to save money

Always a good place to eat out West, as can be seen from the lack of available tables even at 6.30pm. Service is excellent and food super yummy with the fish dishes probably the go to. The cafe might not look much but deffo worth a shout if in neighbourhood and fancy a change of scenery from the hawkers accross the road.
