Lady asked me if I needed a knife when I ordered a cake. Clearly I needed the knife to cut the cake? Don’t know if the lady was being sarcastic because it ruined the day for it was my grandad’s birthday

I usually only eat their veggie puffs. Today i was redeeming their 5 chicken pies through an e-promo. I came previously but they were sold out. So they told me to call in advance. All the ladies were helpful and patient... even changing the box they packed earlier to a new one ( oil stains ). Good experience! Thank you!

Bought a Black forest from polar recently and the taste were subpar .Still prefer four leaves or prima deli cakes .

I love their cakes the omes with the cute cartoon but now if i vist the place they alway dont have the vanilla cake flavour only chocolate.Im not really a chocolate fan.

The puffs especially the otah, vegetable and chicken are the best. Make freshly baked.

Used to regularly frequent Polar at HG mall but their standards have dropped a lot recently. bought a chicken pie but it tasted weird and stale (ate it on the same day). Another occasion, bought Swiss roll and it was hard (not fluffy at all like it used to be) and also tasted stale. What a pity as we used to be regulars. Wont be buying anymore :(
