I went here for tea break yesterday. The coffee was a little bit expensive if you are having the coffee that has additional ingredients in it. I drank this coffee before two years ago. After which, I did not drink it till yesterday due to the pandemic that started at 2019. To be honest, the coffee has severely degraded in terms of the quality of the coffee and there had been adulterations to the coffee. The caramel in the coffee has been significantly reduced and the taste of the coffee was not strong enough as they have added lots of ice cubes to make it look like there is a lot of coffee, but that is not the case. I was really disappointed, and my friends too. It was really quite a waste of money there as it isn’t worth the money. They didn’t do a bang-up job this time round. Would not recommend to visit there anymore unless you have no choice or there isn’t any space in other areas. Overall, quite a bad and disappointing experience due to the fact the the quality of the drinks have deteriorated. I did not try the food that they have to offer.

Coffee bean is my fav food and a place I will always love to dine in, but today totally dissapointed with the service. Place was not clean super dirty, food was not how it was suppose to be. My fusili was not cooked and parts of the portion was hard, egg club sandwich the eggs were too over cooked. I really hope the staff can work on how to improve themselves. Very dissapointed and upset. I've been dining at sembawang shopping centre outlet and Guthrie house outlet they have given me the best of their service with their bubbly and cheerful gestures and the food comes as what i have expected. Iam paying for the food I hope other ppl who comes here dont get dissapointed as well. Just hope that the staffs change and take feedbacks positively.

We wanted dessert and coffee. The latter was good - single shot cappucino. The cakes were just okay. Nothing spectacular. The gula melaka cake was still frozen. Nice place to chill and chat if it is not full-house - the tables are close to one another and the cafe shares the mall's central aircon, so if it crowded, it gets warm and not comfortable.

I used to enjoy the drinks and cakes. Tonight I realised that the standard really drops alot for the food I purchased . Cake seems like kept for too long...dry and tasteless. The Vanilla Milk smells and tastes less of Vanilla. The sausage doesn't taste good too. Now I know why Starbuck overtake Macdonald. Anyway this my opinion. I don't represent the rest. 😊🧧🙏🤭

Great coffee pastries tea and beverages. Spacious comfortable quiet outdoor lounge relaxing atmosphere with comfortable seating and free wifi for laptops and iphones.
