Service was good. Friendly staff. Food was a hit and miss. My partner had the tenderloin with bacon and truffle butter and he loved it. I had the weekday promo ribeye which I thought was abit hard and dry although I requested for medium doneness. We ordered drinks and although no straws were given which is understandable, I think it’s quite unacceptable to drink directly from the glass which smells of the dishwasher. Cleanliness of the place like the orange glass panels could be better considering it was a quiet night and for the price we pay for.

Terrible food, service, professionalism. Food looks NOTHING like the menu, service was ULTRA slow took about 30 to 45 minutes for an almost empty restaurant. Bland food. Soup is most likely just 3 ladles of instant corn packet mixed with water n microwaved. Steak is served well done regardless of whatever doneness is specified.. and can we talk about the serving portion? It was more akin to a kid's meal?!? Waiter and waitress kept mixing up drink orders within the table. I honestly feel any generic hawker selling Western will give a better experience than here, and for half or one third the price.. yikes.. I'm NEVER coming back to this place and can never recommend it to anybody

Haven't been to Jack's Place for years. This one is inside Safra Yishun. Prices for steak is a but high 23, 25, 31 onwards. The bake potatoes bacon chips however taste differently , due to this is EATZI (halal) no alcohol bo pork or have changed I guess. Ambience is alright but the quality of the food is so so only for its high prices. Perhaps to dine only during set lunch or something. Well the macaroons is 1.90 each though.

Had lunch over the Labour Day-Hari Raya LWE. Food quality was decent with not much crowd during lunch service. SAFRA members get a 10% discount.

Unfortunate to hear service crew "Wan" at Eatzi Safra Yishun repeatedly rejected customer and said big group is coming and will be long waiting time. Weren't welcome and was asked to leave contact. Disappointed but children decided to stay and prepare to wait. Finally get accepted and get seated as we felt that it is still early. We should be in time to submit order before big group arrived. Fortune enough we were served super quick within 15mins after ordering. Until we finished the meal and spend $75, take a look at the photo how fill up is the Bistro. Another challenge of labor shortages issue?
