Horrible staff doing the noodles, I wait there for 20mins and she continue making people who walk in orders first. Completely ignoring the grab order, when questioned she just give the blur face. The manager came and quickly settle my order, and whisper to me “next time fishball noodle just come infront first” BRUHHHH you supposed to do my order first. Not take in new orders and do the new orders first.

I've ordered from this store for many years, I love their curry rice. Portion is good for the price.

Ordered chicken meatball noodles but the meatballs were indistinguishable from fishballs. Showed the staff and asked about this and was told they were "mixed with fish meat". It looks totally different from the picture shown at the signboard. Chicken meatballs become "mixed with fish meat" fish balls. Will never patronise again.

Generally good food. Would be nice if the fried oysters were fresher, had less grit, and has a higher egg-to-starch ratio

Claypot chicken rice is highly recommended!! It's my favorite outlet @YewPoint .. the staffs here are friendly especially the Malay lady, Most of my visits here during lunch, she is the one who served me. I love the taste of the claypot chicken rice, it's served piping hot (you have to wait 10-15mins for it to be ready) which I don't mind...it's always worth the wait...the rice cooked till crispy on the side (crust) which this is the way to enjoy it.....I always add chicken meat (extra$2). U have to enjoy it with the sambal chilli and the cilipadi with soy sauce....it's to die for!! 😋😋😋 I've tried their claypot seafood noodles too... recommended as well...but noodles portion is small (just nice for me)

Portions are very small. Very expensive. Ingredients are not fresh. Recently, odered the fried chicken drumstick curry rice. The drumstick was coated with a huge layer of flour. After removing the flour, there was little meat left. Worse still was the meat and bones were quite black in colour, rendering it uneatable. Has to throw ir away. Felt so disgusted.

Hi! Please look into your manpower issues. 20/10/2023 14:26. My first experience eating at your yew tee outlet was unpleasant. I felt I was denied of ordering the claypot chicken rice due to your female staff saying “ only two people, how to do claypot” repeatedly. Then she even told her male colleague about it. I just walk away to my seat as my children were having noodles. There were only 3-4 people in the rice queue including myself. I wasn’t given any options to for longer waiting time to prepare if i was to order claypot chicken rice. Nobody approach me to ask. Totally uninterested of my business. We would not be coming back.

I have been a regular customer to Encik Tan Yew Tee for many years. Possibly since it started its stall there. My favourite dish is the Chicken Cutlet Curry Rice. Recently the rice portion for that dish has dropped drastically, the rice effectively appears flat in the container. The amount of the cabbage usually served is also dismal, it appear to be about one or two spoons worth of that vegetable. Being a fan of this meal previously, I'm highly disappointed at the recent standards (I have received the same portion sizes more than twice now) and strongly urge whoever is operating the stall to increase the portion sizes back to what it was. Your stinginess is really apparent in how the dish is served. I have received feedback that the portion sizes are not as such in other outlets. Please stop being stingy. Thank you

Noodles were a clump of dry flour. Fried wanton was hard. A staff knocked a drink off my tray, and made me pay full price for a replacement rather than even the add-on price i originally paid.

The quality of the food has worsened. Taste is there but the texture of the noodles was rly poor. did not taste like wat i used to have a few years ago. However, service and atmosphere were excellent. The cook was polite and quick to take my order
