Just bought a chocolate brownie cake for my birthday.The cake is not fresh at all after a first bite.I called for a replacement.The staff name GRACE agreed to change another new one for me. It is very angry when I purposely took the cake for a change.She told me her manager said brownie cake is like this.I asked her brownie cake is very dry and smashed?She took a fork to dig the inner part of cake.Then she agreed to change a new one for me but keep nagging the cake is fresh.I told her I ate brownie cake before.The taste is totally not like this. Afterthat she asked me to choose a another one.But she forgot what she said earlier . she told me the displayed one is just reached.I knew what I bought was really frozen for many days.

Staff should practice basic customer service. Instead of asking your customer ‘what’ you can politely ask, ‘Can you please repeat your order’.. The guy at the cashier is always pleasant & nice.

Enjoyed the strawberry shortcake - the soft sponge cake with cream that wasn’t too sweet. we usually end up scrapping away the cream in the usual ones that were too sweet. size else was smaller but gladly pay as this is less sweet and nicer to eat 😋😋
