New York Cheesecake. A real classic! My friend ordered it for my birthday. The taste is creamy and thick. It tasted like ice-cream cake. Amazingly delicious. Would love to try the other flavours.

Warning: to each his own, but I will not eat their cakes unless this issue is resolved - and it wasn’t for me. 26/4 ordered Oreo cheesecake from their Bishan outlet. Ate the cake, it tasted sour, like more sour than usual (I have eaten this cake multiple times and know the taste) I thought, maybe they changed the brand of cream cheese? It tastes odd but still within the range of ok-ness. So I continued eating it, my family ate it too. 27/4, we woke up with stomachache. The common food we ate was the cake. I went to check the expiry date of the cake just in case, but there is no expiry date on the box? How would we know that it’s safe to eat then? I immediately called the HQ to check on this. They told me they have a batch number, no expiry date. But batch number is something internal isn’t it, and the customer wouldn’t understand the batch number anyway. No expiry date means.. they can actually sell an expired cake and the customer wouldn’t know? She told me no it’s not expired. But there’s no assurance / expiry date tagged to the batch that was given to me. I told her what happened, ie that we ate that cake and got a stomachache. While I was explaining, the lady on the phone actually put the phone on the table (or maybe away from her face) and did not answer me?? I asked her whether she heard my concerns. She then became rude and said “you want test the cake then go test lor” ??? I was taken aback. Not sure if the cream cheese used was put outside for a long time and became spoilt during the process. Or maybe they used an expired cream cheese or other ingredients inside. I have eaten this cake multiple times and I really liked it. BUT despite getting a stomachache from their food I got no assurance that the food was safe / no other measures taken AND YET got a rude convo. Wasted $40+ and had to dump the rest of the 3/4+ of cake Hello person in charge, I brought this sour tasting Oreo cheesecake back to your Bishan outlet on 28 April 2023. Counter lady Jayce said will check on the issue with the cake and inform the office to contact me after with the report. So would humbly suggest including the expiry date on the packaging so customers know when to throw it out instead of feeling unwell over spoilt food. No refund is needed, however I am requesting an EXPLANATION and closure on this issue! I have patronised this brand for a few years now and hope I can trust this brand enough to continue having your delightful cakes without worry.

This time ordered lychee, mango and fromage. Quality is consistent and my boys loved it. Just wondering those cakes that are on display counter, are they real thing😆? I want to ask but always forget when I walk in to buy😁

Not sure why the cheesecake become so small. Show you guys a comparison. It's almost the same size as a dondondonki salmon sushi $7.90 per slice isn't going to cut it. Better off going elsewhere.

Oh my goodness, the cheesecakes are really good! Just make sure you leave them in the fridge for 45 minutes before consuming. I'm glad there's such a great bakery shop in my neighborhood.

10.10.23 My sis gave me a cake redemption voucher in Aug. I kept forgetting to redeem as the name of the cake shop didn’t really appeal to me as a Cake Specialist😂 Cat & The Fiddle So went for handset upgrading at J8 SingTel. So happen that the shop is just next to it. So I redeemed Lo. Surprisingly, the cheesecake is nice!! Out of the 6 different flavour, I took out the plain one (with biscuit crumbs on top). If the plain one is oredi nice, I assume that the rest is good too! Probably finishing up the rest the next few days..

Was at the J8 outlet yesterday to enjoy the “Buy 3 Get 3” promotion. Picked out three flavours I wanted, which were all in the lower $5.90-$6.90 range. The service staff attending to me then said for I can pick out any flavour I like for the next three flavours including those in the premium range like MSW or Lychee Roselle. So I did, but when it was time to pay, I found I was being charged for the premium flavours. While the difference was only a few dollars, I felt I was misled by the salesperson? I also concur with the not insignificant number of earlier reviews that the slices are actually pretty small or appear to be getting smaller and smaller while prices keep going up - you can see for yourself how small the slice is on a normal-size paper plate. This was not a great experience.

Surprise is an understatement when we brought out the birthday cake for cutting. The candle can't even be fitted into its plastic holder, requiring me to make a little dent on the cake to accommodate it. To our amazement, even a 10" metal bread knife couldn't cut through the cake. Am I being naive? Who would anticipate that cakes from bakeries or cheesecake specialty shops would be so deeply frozen that they remain as hard as rock after nearly 3 hours at room temperature? What's the difference from purchasing cakes from supermarkets or frozen food stores where they are sold at half the price or less? I think customers should be informed about the defrosting duration required for your cakes. It totally spoilt my child's birthday dinner finale.

The cake was frozen and so difficult to cut into. Nowhere on the website does it say that it needs to be defrosted in room temperature for 6-8 hours, but it was written on the slip and we only noticed it after we had to cut the cake. Be upfront about serving options on your website and remind your customers pls
