Be careful when buying from this shop. I was conned just so that she could sell the 1kg cake. Incident happened on 9 May 2022, around 8am. Initially, I wanted the Peach and Longan Delight fruit cake 500g size. She said it was not available and brought out the 1kg size. Believing that it really was not available, I made payment. When I returned to collect the cake a while later, I saw the exact cake model, 500g size on display. She said her boss just came over to exchange the cake because she sold the 1kg cake. (I cannot believe this excuse / story. The boss just came over to replace 1 cake that she sold in 10mins? It does not make sense) She refused to let me exchange with the 500g cake. She said she does not know how to cancel the order from the system. All sales assistant should know how to perform refund process. Additionally, she said "Malay family is big and can finish the 1kg cake." This is such a judgemental remark on the Malay community. I hope the management will investigate about this bad sales tactic.

Ordered a cake at Tampines 828 to collect today 10-11am. At 11am tell us can only deliver to us at 2plus-3plus. Hello excuse me. My daughter bday party is at 1130. You expect everyone to wait till 2plus/3??? Don’t feel sorry at all. Just keep making us wait. We have been checking since 10am and the outlet don’t bother to give us update. This is so disappointing.

Date : 16 Dec 21. Encountered 2 very rude and discourteous staff at the Prima Deli bakery Tampines neighbourhood outlet, St 81. Called the Manager to lodge a complain on the very evening. To-date, I have yet to get her feedback on the matter. Thank you.

Very pleased that a Prima Deli opened in this neighborhood. Went within first week of opening. I think they haven't gotten their footing yet as the chicken pies were soggy on the bottom.

Please provide big plastic.. staff say no big plastic.. brought baguette in the end haven reach home already dropped on floor.. y don't u ask ur staff carry it in that super small plastic and see whether will drop it..
