Had lunch at this outlet and was really quiet. Place was clean and cozy. Ordering was done on the kiosk, however the system was wonky and we ended up placing the order with the staff instead. The staff was friendly and service were rather prompt. The chicken was well done, the skin was crispy and the meat inside was juice. Paired with the creamed spinach and mac and cheese, the whole meal was very feeling. The soup was nothing to shout about. Overall a good meal.

One of the many Soup Spoon Unions around town. Lots of food and drink options and considering quality of food and freshness, good value for money meals available. Self service concept and can be a wait for some items during peak periods.

Huge fan of soup spoon but this outlet is a no go. Burger had no sauce, cream pasta had no cream or taste. They were nice to give us another bowl of pasta with slightly more cream but still no taste. We couldn't bring ourselves to eat the truffle oil pasta

Have Lunch at soup spoon during weekend as it’s less crowded. The seat are quite tight, not so comfortable. The soups are the same as the rest, no surprise, and the burger is just so-so.

Had salmon sandwich and it taste great. Had enough crisp, freshness and amount of dressing for a healthy meal. Great work soup spoon team. Urge you to improve in your preparation timing but not let quality be affected. Thank you. Hope management can consider a later closing time for Fridays and Saturdays so that patrons can have more time to enjoy late dinners. For those out there who love mocha with more choc than coffee ; have a go with their offering - you won't be let down. Cheers.

The Soup Spoon Union is my usual go-to place for dinner at Kallang Wave Mall as it's one of the places that still have food at 9plus. The soups are nutritious and filling. They have sandwich, salads, and many other varieties for us to add on. The drinks menu ranges from hot tea to hot chocolate and also many other cold drinks options too. The pulled beef with melted cheese sandwich is very healthy and juicy. The hibiscus tea is sweet and pleasantly nice to drink. They also have new choices of soups which makes it interesting. Seats are well spaces and colour is warm. I like the warm orange lights. The service is very fast and efficient. It's also good for sharing. #ILoveTheSoupSpoonUnion

Located near the entrance of NTUC. Staff are friendly and the place is always clean with plenty of seats available. The soups sets are quite filling as the portions are decent and while the food takes a while to be ready, it’s because the salads or sandwiches are made only when the order is in.

Go for the food! Healthy, tasty soup done really well. Tomato, mushroom and pumpkin all great - pair with the Asian tofu side salad

One of the best quality Soupspoon in Sg. Good presentation of food, cook with lots of passion. Good service as well -staff always very friendly and greet customer sincerely, I really enjoy the atmosphere dining in here.

My nice 1st try on their soup, chosen the half half so gets to had 2 flavours of soup. I always enjoyed chunky soup so I truly love their soup

Cosy place, soups were as usual yummy and hearty. I have never once had a bad beef goulash from soup spoon. What (pleasantly) surprised me was the myriad of choices of food available! The quesadillas were crispy on the outside and flavourful on the inside. The jalapeños gave a good kick to every bite of quesadilla What could be improved was the ordering experience 1) placement of screen for number to be served to be reconsidered or added. We were seated behind close to the tray return, where we could not view the number being called. So we had to constantly stand up in fear of our number being flashed on the screen but missed it unknowingly. Which leads me to my next point - 2) we constantly stood up in the way of people ordering food on the machine in that narrow space it was difficult to wait for our order and be out of their way. I understand thats not the intended order experience, but it was what it was 3) perhaps have more machines or have a ordering system that is more intuitive for browsing then proceeding to order. people ordering at the machines were taking too long. at some point, there were as many people in the queue of the ordering kiosks as there were empty seats which was a funny sight to behold I love your food!
