Waiting time - this is the main point that I saw across most of the (low) reviews for this outlet. It applied to me during a weekday pre-noon period as well - but I didn’t think it was as bad as a few months/weeks ago, when travel started picking up a lot quicker post-covid. The outlet is understaffed (in my opinion) - hence, I think it is understandable that it might take awhile before you get served. Nonetheless, the staff serving me was still patient, professional, and friendly - kudos to them! Some ingredients might be missing (I noticed beetroot) - but otherwise all’s good! It’s the only healthy option + cost-worthy (in my opinion) in T1 so… :) would definitely return!

Awful service. I ordered a Turkey Sub (it's on the menu) only to be told they don't make it because they don't have turkey. I asked if they could do a Subway Melt instead and they mumbled something I didn't really understand but I got the hint that this was also a "no". I then asked if they could do a Veggie Delite (also on the menu) they said "salad only". I reconfirmed this and they mumbled something again. I once again confirmed that the Veggie Delite only comes in a salad form for some reason. I asked them what they CAN do. I was stressed out at this point because there's a long line of people behind me. I didn't know what they mumbled at me again. I asked if they had the Chicken Ham Sub and they said "yes" in a "well... Duh" kind of way. How in the world am I supposed to know what you do and do not have? To top it all off they looked annoyed when I asked for a receipt. I understand it was early in the morning but I don't think I did anything to deserve this kind of service. Every place in this airport had long lines, so if you're going to line up anyways, go anywhere else. I wish I had. I really think that they need to correct their menu if there are options that are unavailable. Also basic service and communication from the staff would go a long way.

Don't even deserve one star!! The elderly female employee has a stinking attitude!! Wonder why this subway outlet so desperate!! Ignore customer Pick and choose customer Let another customer skip queue Not interested to serve customer Continue to ignore by pretending and engaging with another customer!!!!!! The outlet manager also not doing her job by telling her off!! This outlet should just close down immediately!!!!!!

The worst service I have ever seen from a subway in my life. Both male staff were extremely rude and looked down on asian tourists, but completely different and super nice to white tourists. Horrible representation of Singapore and changi airport. I'm a Singaporean and incredibly ashamed/angry. Also lazy and didn't fold the wrap I ordered, properly.

This subway had VERY slow staff and the quantity of the filling in the sandwich.. etc... was very little.. We had to wait in line for 1 hour and then waited for food for another half an hour. I would highly recommend you to not buy food from here from the airport as it has not satisfied many.

I completely get the poor rating of this place. Airports are often higher priced for inferior food. Service, absolutely appalling. The couple in front of me asked for parmesan bread to be told they ran out -along with 2 other types in a manner where I think they felt he was not at all interested in being there. When they asked why olives weren’t added “no more”. Not even mentioning they ran out of some ingredients. And why run out at 12:15pm?? The days just started so I guess poor management of stock. When adding cheese to my egg my flatbread, a small piece rather than a slice was torn off. Was the rest added? No! At this point I started taking a couple of pictures. The large chap seemed to disappear and a colleague took over and the things improved. Attitude and putting the sandwich together rather than throwing it together. Won’t be returning…

Hopeless attitude of the male staff today 13.06.23 @ 4.45pm Singapore time. Very rude and disrespectful. Selectively good to few customers. Outlet ran out of olives, onion etc. My first bad experience with Sub Way in these many years.

One of the worst subways ever. If you are reading this review please just give this place a miss. The food here is very stale and smells really bad ( ended up throwing the food with one bite), not to forget the rude staff present. Not sure how Subway runs this franchise this way at one of the largest airports in the world.

I have been here twice during last month and still the oven and the cashless payment is unavailable! So You need to pay cash for cold sandwich :-( Worst Subway I have ever been to! Maybe You should think about running this business in such airport!

The microwave broke, so I just got a cold sub :( They also could have been more generous with the sauce. The sub tasted quite bland. It was filling, though.

We bought a footling sandwich from the Subway in B2 of Jewel. The ingredients and sauces were sufficient and the sandwich was made immediately on order.

My sandwich was cold, and I was a little hesitant to go back to the counter and tell the staff but at the same time, I couldn’t eat a cold sandwich. Finally I went up, and the staff didn’t seem to understand what I was saying and it was so embarrassing because the other diners were looking at me. Finally, my husband came up and told the staff in a firm manner that the sandwich is cold and the staff toasted the sandwich again.
