Ordered via the app for dine-in. Arrived there to realise that they no longer allow dine-in as they have barricaded the seats. My order didn’t take too long but I was disappointed that they did not inform people before-hand about not being able to dine-in. End up I had to Dapao and bring back home to eat it cold.

Unpleasant outlet to go to. Your service cashier Nor Azah can tell customer that certain chicken parts are not available and i can only choose from the half filled displayed ones. This despite the timing is only at 7pm+ on a weekday. Another time i told her i am dining in, she wanted to press takeaway. Coke was not available, so was given a choice of either Sprite and **** . Cant understand what drink she was saying at all. In the end, only after drinking then i know its Fanta Grape. Attempted to change from dine-in to takeaway because single table was all full (One of which is a kfc delivery driver sitting and playing phone) She insisted wanting me to take the long table in front of counter (which is a very uncomfortable sitting arrangement with other customers in queue standing in front and behind the table). After i persisted with changing, she half heartedly packed for me while mumbling. Luckily there are still some nice staff especially the young malay male cashier i encountered. But if given a choice, i will rather spend time to go Lot 1 or Hillion instead of this outlet.

Food was ready but failed to served for 5 to 8 minutes. Manpower wise was okay... I think to improve please look at the kitchen and front counter workflow.

First time writing a Review to alert for improvements nt , very bad service experienced several times with chicken pieces qty and quality as compared with other KFC (very deep fried).. Also poorly managed staff's who don't know good customer service. Not at all recommended if you have any other choices.

Donated 4 dollars to kfc! I am happy to inform you for your serivce has been awesome legit. It was my fault for not checking my order and bother to head back to collect my money or mash. I hope the 4 dollars tip is given to the staff young lady cashier or two mash potatoes. I hope I put a simile on their faces 😁 the indian lady looked not well.

Ordered delivery service through the website from this outlet. Amazingly, the order arrived really quick upon ordering around 9pm. Food arrived still hot & crispy. Which is very impressive. Delivery service is really on point! Food quality for KFC has gotten noticeably better as well. Just very impressed! Keep it up :)

I had to post this. A literal scam. Paid 5.65 on the ap to receive this amount of fries in a cup. Highly disappointing. Just get your cheese fries, it would be more worth the price.

Am a frequent KFC diner myself and I have experienced the slowest service today. The whole restaurant only has 1 table occupied. I would understand if it was busy but clearly not. The cashier was busy touching the cashier counter and touching around but not taking any orders. I stood ready at the counter more than 20mins to order. Quality of food was as expected. However, the quality of food does not equal or balance out to the time spent staring at each other. Disappointing.

A nice and cozy small little KFC branch, tucked away in a secluded area. If you didn't walk down the stretch of road, you won't know there's a KFC here. This KFC is small but there is seating internally, it offers takeaway and dine-in.

WORST SERVICE FROM THIS OUTLET! SLOW N NOT ATTENTIVE TO CUSTOMERS ORDER. SO MANY STAFF YET NONE WERE PROACTIVE. CASHIER CHARGED WRONGLY. POOR PACKING. CHICKEN WAS THROWN IN BOX.

Duty manager Rachel was unhelpful with the issue that i faced when it’s their fault that they did not pack my order correctly. Ended up not receiving 1 food item. NEXT TIME CHECK AND PACK PROPERLY!

Sibei jialat. My coleslaw is like half full. I type this review also no use, the outlet close already. Only one counter to serve walk in and this counter also need to pack and serve all online orders from Grab. I was there at 9pm, many items aren’t available. But Google said it’s 10pm closing time so I don’t know know what is what. Could be a one off issue but just very unhappy that my coleslaw is half full! Scammer max, pui!

Popcorn chicken was good but the chicken nuggets were a bit mushy the tables were dirty and the worst part was that the screen that shows the order numbers it glitched and our order number was gone and we wait quite lone for our food so we asked that lady and she said it was on the table then she told us that we needed to go to the table but we didn’t even see outnumber so how would we know to go to the table anyways I don’t recommend this place there are many other places u can go instead of here
