Given 3 stars for the food only. Staffs are very lacking in customer service. Should also inform customers if items are unavailable or make other recommendations, not simply change to another item without customers' knowledge.

we arrived the restaurant after a min we ordered. We waiting thr for more than ten minutes, few of the take away boxes came out n put on the table, the staff just standing thr never call us. So we thought it’s not ours. After few more minutes we feel a bit wrong and go and ask the staff, is our order done? Only then the staff take from the table (it’s the first box came out n put on the table). We asked why u nvr call us once it’s done?? the staff reply me “you should check it yourself “. AMAZING STAFF SERVICE! knew we ordered grab food n waited for so long also won’t check with us. Some more the whole restaurant only me(take out) and two dining customers.

Service here is atrocious!! Unfriendly waitresses and unprofessional. I do not recommend you to dine here!! Ordered lychee green tea with no lychee!? Have always been dining in at pizza hut and often order lychee green tea WITH ACTUAL LYCHEE IN THE DRINK. Staff name Danial told us they were running out of lychee and they only had the lychee syrup. There was also this young lady standing at the counter with her friend Danial taking wefie. Requested to pack food as my son fell asleep. She returned with the pack food and her stupid face. So typical of a 'yp minah'. Place is dirty too with tissues seen on the floor. Manager of the restaurant no where to be seen. There was also this senior lady who took away our plate without even asking if we are done. Rude! Does not smile at all. She gives me the impression as though we owed her money. Music was too loud. Staff here totally unprofessional!! Dine in at ur own risk!

Today 25th Dec 2022 (Sunday) at about 7pm.. Myself and my hubby were at the Pizza Hut entrance.. We've asked the cashier that we have total of 10pax.. The cashier said, we need to sit separately.. One at the end, the other at the other end.. While waiting, another lady attended to us telling us to wait as there are no cutleries.. So we're ok to wait.. Then another geek named Sarah, came to us telling, "We CANNOT accept any customers as there are no cutleries.." We've told her that you should have told us earlier.. This lady named Sarah asked in front all us, "So what do you want me to do now?" We've said, "We know that you can't do anything.." She said, "So?.. So??.." For a few times and that's when we've said that we'll wait.. Her colleagues then attended to her first instead of us, their customers.. First of all, we did not see any managers there.. Secondly, we've observed that it's them not attending to their customers well.. We know that it is during PH.. And they're are too overwhelmed but we too have been in this industries before.. No matter what, customer service always comes first... Never argue with your customers but try to resolve the matter by asking & attend to them properly.. So, we ended up leave the place instead.. Thank you for your service Pizza Hut Marina Square.. =)

The food was decent and the service staff though short-handed were courteous and attentive when we could get them. The air-conditioning there is really strong though which resulted in the food going cold really quickly. Try to pick a table that isn't under an air-con vent if you'd like to keep your food warm longer. Oh and watch out for the aglio olio, it was super spicy that day as if there was a surplus of chilli padi that just got piled into the pasta.

Visited as family of 3 in early July 2023. The staff was helpful. The food was as good as expected BUT the sizes are smaller than we usually have experienced from other PizzaHut restaurants back at home. The quality of food is good too. It was empty place so it was a bit boring.

The staff did not attend to me. I waited so long for a seat and there were clearly seats available but she just ignored. She had a bob short hair cut. Did not even get to eat there. Just immediately left. Btw she glanced at me not only once but more than 3 times and still did not attend to give me any seats that were clearly so available. about 5 tables available. I understand that they may be understaffed but she could or should have at least acknowdledge :). lol.

Truffle pizza tasted like mushroom cheese pizza. Where is the standard? Onion rings was dried and over- browned. Very dissappointed with a pizzahut standard. Need to chase 2 times for 3 cups of drinks. I really can't take it. Drinks can't make it too. Better order cola, wont go wrong. I swear I am not going to come again.

Ordered several food like pepperoni pizza, garlic bread, spaghetti carbonara. ALL THE FOOD DID NOT MEET ITS STANDARDS. Pepperoni pizza is filled with tomato paste, carbonara was tasteless and burnt garlic bread. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Me and my family was so hungry and get these kind of food was disappointing and upsetting. Dine here at your own risk.

On the 4th of February I visited the Marina square, Singapore Pizza Hut on the 3rd floor with my 2 year old son. We regularly eat at Pizza Hut and we were throughly disappointed by the service of the assistant manager , Dayanti. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and racist. I first ordered a personal pan cheese pizza with chicken ham for takeaway. The server politely offered for me to sit down at the table until our order was ready. Once we received it , my 2 year old son was hungry and asked if he could eat it right away. I proceeded to open the box and give it to him. Another lady server came in and told me that we couldn’t eat take away pizza at the table because dine in prices were different from sit down meals. I acknowledged her and said I was happy to pay for a dine in pizza multiple times but she was nice and said you can finish off the meal but please put the box away which we did. A few minutes later, Dayanti came upto us and shouted at us to leave as we were eating takeaway at the table and it’s not fair as they have service charge and GST. I calmly told her that I understood and I was happy to order dine in so that it would be fair multiple times again. But she continued to shout at us and not take my order. After which I asked her if she did not want to serve a paying customer. She then proceeded to take my dine in order after much hesitation. I waited for my pizza in the stipulated time frame but no pizza came. I then went to the cashier to pay the bill as we needed to leave and she had charged me for two pizzas- 1 regular margarita pizza and 1 Hawaiian pizza. My dine in order was only 1 regular cheese pizza. I asked why she charged me so much, and she offered no plausible answer. She proceeded to scream at me whilst almost throwing my change back at me. We left promptly after. We are extremely disappointed by Pizza Hut’s professionalism and staff training at handling situations, specially when it comes to kids as there are unprecedented situations. We have been patrons of your establishment for the past 30 years and I have never met staff who were so rude, racist and unprofessional. I understand there are rules but I was willing to comply by them and be fair by ordering dine in as well so that service charge and GST was in place for the staff. In summary, Dayanti; 1. Refused to take a dine in order from a paying customer 2. Shouted at a 2 year old and mum for eating Pizza Hut food inside their own establishment 3. Charged me unfairly for two pizzas and did not serve me any of the pizzas for which I paid for Pizza Hut, it’s time to rethink your organizational values of integrity and excellence. Because there was none in place at this outlet. I sincerely hope you take some action so other moms, dads or patrons do not face a similar situation at this establishment! I have attached a photo of our dine in bill (for which we received NO pizzas) and the assistant manager (cropped her face for privacy). I threw away the first Take out bill but for reference the take out personal pizza was SGD 3 and my dine in bill was SGD 44.30! #pizzahutsg #PizzahutMarinasquaremall

On 18 Feb, my family and I came here for dinner and the service was very bad. The outlet was not even busy but when we arrived there was no staff at all. We press the bell but the staff still took forever to come. After waiting for about 10 mins, we finally entered the outlet and make our order. When making our order, we indicated the dessert to be served now but it wasn't, thus we raised our hand to get attention of the staff. The female assistant manager saw us raising our hand and made eye contact BUT DID NOT approached us. There was no other staff at this point and its only 3 tables occupied so obviously it wasn't a busy period. Another thing that we were a bit confused was we ordered 3 ice lemon tea and were served with 1 sugar syrup but when we reordered another 1x ice lemon tea, we were served with the same portion of 1 sugar syrup... which makes us wondering if we were served with the correct amount of sugar syrup during our 1st order. We understand if you are not having enough staff etc but I think there should be at least 1 staff standbying at the outlet....when we were dining there, most of the time there was no staff at all again...and its so hard to get the staff attention because even if we press the bell, they don't come immediately. I don't know if you Pizza Hut allows this but apparently the female assistant manager was using her phone at the counter for a period of time before disappearing again and leaving the outlet staffless. I believe the other tables were also facing the same issue in trying to get assistant from your staff cos we saw another customer bringing their food into the kitchen area as they were trying to get ur staff to help them takeaway their food. After our visit, we checked out the ratings and seem like the service has always been bad here... really wonder how this outlet survived... Pizza Hut... pls do something about this... as customers we really deserve better service.....

Came at 8.40 on 31st December and was turned down for dine in due to full house and was said that they are closing at 9pm despite me saying that i am okay to wait for a seat. At 8.45pm, a family of about 5-6pax entered the restaurant. This is a very unacceptable experience as we searched on google and it says that restaurant closes at 10pm

Bad service. No acknowledgement from the staff despite standing waiting for a seat. Few staffs saw us waiting but none evwn bothered to approach. There are seats available but we are just being ignored.
