I know burger king service is slow, but this branch definitely under staff. I only saw 1 person at counter preparing food at the back and serve the food as well. See all the review, Burger king management should take a look into this topic and come out with solution. Hope see improvement with this branch in future.

Staff is super friendly and cheerful ! We love to go there day or night, the vibes is fantastic! Although it’s small but enough for simei residences :p the hot chocolate is really a must try ! There’s monthly promo code that we can enjoy 😉

I placed in my order on my phone app. Supposed to be ready in 10min. They clearly missed my order but the lady foreign worker denied. Another customer ordered a meal and took hers when I was waiting there. Mine was still not ready. Took like 25 min. Other customers were also complaining that the orders took forever. Not fast food at all. Worst still, my cheese fries had no cheese. U need to do better than this.

I waited at the counter no one is around. Then suddenly one big sister came out just look at me and went inside again. Then came one guy with the black trolley like container fir trash. He attended the counter but acts rudely and looks annoyed „ like what the hell are you doing here, go do not order here“ . I am very disappointed. I do not want to come here again specially if I saw them at the counter. 😤 ruin the mood.

Staff named Ridhuan (spelling?) was absolutely awful, ignored multiple people who were calling out to him and just pretended he didn’t hear them. Had a horrible attitude when serving too, just dumping the food on the counter and sparkly rudely to customers

This outlet seems to be short-handed and always struggling to get the orders fulfilled within reasonable time. I have encountered many occasions where a take out may require 50 mins to be completed even though there wasn't a long queue. I saw a lot of customers were frustrated with the long waiting time.

Place is very dirty. Had to ask the staff multiple times to clean it. Still the floor had mush of green things that would stick to your shoe if you stepped on it. Worse even having entire burger buns on the floor. The service was also incredibly slow. If you want fast food, this burger king is not for you. Not the first time it happened. In contrast Mcdonalds is 10 times better.

The food is good and in my opinion more burger options compared to McDonald's. However waiting time here can be long considering there is no queue. The staff is friendly though.

The beef rendang set was not bad. This outlet at (East Point Mall) dining area is small with too few tables for dine-in.

My experience spending lunch at Burger King was great. I placed my order at the counter, and the personnel there is just amazing. I am thrilled with both their food and services.

Staff face is bit rude .. both of the staff who are at counter has some attitude towards customer. They screams a lot. Looks Always sweaty. What is shown in image is not served but something different for sure. Food is good, customer handling can be improved. No tissue paper, sauces were served in plate.. Not recommended.

Finally opened at Eastpoint Mall! Located at Level 1, just beside of main entrence. Opens till 10pm, Mon to Sun. The outlet is rather small though. There's also 2 self ordering kiosk. Got my food fast and hot.

Very rude staff here, one of the worst Burger King outlets in Singapore. Gave a kids meal toy with paint defects yet was super reluctant and unhappy to change. Gave a bad and stuck up attitude when wanting to change the toy. As a customer who out collects your toys, I’m utterly disappointed. Rude staff as pictured
