Nice place near Bedok Reservoir to have a quick fix at McD here. Usually quite crowded during dinner time. Provide indoor aircond and out door with fans. I like to be seated outdoor enjoying my McD and outdoor view.

The male manager (with glasses and balding) is really rude and unpleasant to his female staff, literally yelling loudly at her in front of customers instead of speaking with respect. No need for theatrics, it makes everyone feel so unpleasant to be around you. Female manager and other staff on the other hand are super nice and courteous every time I visit.

Bad service. Order 2569 placed at 21:35hrs. Noticed that other customer with 2577 was collecting. Inquired & crew started making immediately. Explanation given: crew lost the order receipt. Collected 21:55hrs. 20 mins for 1x burger. Production system has tracking. So why was the work process messed up? Macdonald's needs to review the team poor performance there.

This outlet has the rudest staffs in Singapore Mcdonald. The food delivery's are slow and they refuse to attend to customers. Always talking among themselves. Although stor close at 12am, they would close up toilets at 10.45pm. Customers are unable to use toilets so the staffs can go home earlier. Many residents nearby would go the other outlet at Bedok Reservoir. I am surprised by the standard of this outlet.

Vry worst branch....2 times this branch missing delivey mine food...1st time im thought is foodpanda problem and change using grab food...but still hv same problem...wait for 2 hours still didnt replace mine food yet...view the review at grab alot comment about missing food at this mcd outlet

Order and service is fast and efficient like all other McDonald’s. The toilet is clean but there aren’t too many seats for the size of this McDonald’s. Had to take away. Also even though the outside had seats, they looked a bit gross and scary with all the crows around (never know if they’d come up and steal your food!)

Very disappointed with the service crew. when your tired from work and having your late dinner. i ordered mcwings and salad without the dressing and cutlery. i walk back to the store just to get the dressing & cutlery. Very bad experience 10mins walk, waste my 20mins at late hour. Please trained well your staff. not everyone can accept human error.

A manager who I will decline to name (Department Manager) has a poor attitude to customer Service. When asked for an alternative to takeaway options as required by customer, I observed her nonchalant attitude in dismissing the requests without providing a viable alternative. Will therefore rate the service of this branch as a 1 star as the Department Manager has not executed her job with proper service flair. On the other hand, the aunties here are all very friendly and willing to assist. Please review and ensure that managers are service oriented and not just book by book managers who blatantly ignore concepts of understanding consumer needs where fairly requested.

The food (Double Fish Burger) has an overcooked taste of what I normally have. The consistency of this outlet is not very stable as I have the same burger last time and the fish was perfectly cooked. The service was rather slower than usual however it may be due to the timing I went. The atmosphere was normal.

Might need to wait more than 20 min for your order after 6 pm during dinner time as it'll get crowded but I can see the crews working hard to get the orders out as fast as possible. Plenty of seats in this branch with some outside tables too.

Service is slow in the morning on weekends. Waited between 20-30mins for breakfast on weekends. This was my experience 3 of the last 5 visits. The outlet was not busy enough to warrant that level of service (about 70% of capacity), so I am not sure the reason(s) for the long wait times.
