I’m really a fan of your cakes and cheese tart but on last Saturday, 28 May 2022 at 6.20pm, I bought a cheese waffle. A sweet, middle aged woman in her late 40s early 50s served me. Quite disappointed with the cheese waffle. It’s not the usual cheese waffle that I have always bought here. The cheese is not really that “melted”like it usually do when I eat it. Seems like I’m eating a waffle without any flavour in it.

OMG where is the great PrimaDeli waffles.. thick and nice.. this is like half batter used . So thin when you spread your own peanut butter it just breaks apart. So disappointed.bad reviews goes way back and still no improvement. Why bother to contact customer and dont make improvement?

Genuinely, one of the best waffles I have ever had. They give a generous amount of filling and have a reasonable price for the scrumptious waffle and fillings. Their freshly baked on the spot waffles are crunchy and with a generous amount of filling it makes a good breakfast or a snack. Very pleased with the taste and service. :)

Get your waffle fix here if you like being disdained as an irritant. Try politely asking for a freshly made waffle, and enjoy sullen service while you give one-sided thanks for the chance to spend money and wait. Iykyk - irascible slim lady in a tudung.

Just bought a hazelnut chocolate waffle there. Waffle was freshly made, however, the waffle was very thin (perhaps too little batter used) and chocolate filling was way too little. Felt happy when ordering and felt sad after eating.

Staff really black face and not very pleasant in serving us! But the standard of the waffles are still there, so not too bad!

Inefficient ordering system. Paid for waffles and asked to come back later to collect. When I returned the staff was surprised as if I am a new customer.The manager looked surprised when he was the one I paid to. He was not courteous and gave the impression I have not ordered. This is the second time I encountered.

The staff was rude and looked like they did not want to serve us. The staff who was a boy was taking his own sweet time to cook the waffles and was severely rude to me and pointed the knife spreader in front of my face while asking for the money and when he was taking the money he snatched it and didn't even say thank you or sorry fir the wait. FYI: it took 20 minute for him to make 2 peanut butter waffles. In mu opinion don't go there.

Hi Prima Deli team, I would like to feedback on an utterly unpleasant shopping experience at the heartland mall outlet. Date: 05-09-23 Time: 8pm++ I was there to purchase a box of cream puff and unfortunately due to how the puffs were packaged, x2 cream puff fell out of the box that was really flimsy. I passed the balance box of cream puff with the fallen ones back to the cashier & apologised. I went took a new box of cream puff & went back to the cashier for payment. During payment, the most upsetting part was that you cashier showed no empathy & sarcastically told me that I will need to pay for 2 boxes?! She even laughed & joked while my expression was stern and puzzled by her words & actions. In the midst of getting the new box from the fridge, I heard her tapping the initial box of cream puff which I have returned to her. It seems she is trying to cover up a fault, in order to bill me the one that I have dropped? Firstly, I didn't even drop the box and the cream puff miraculously just slipped out of the box? This will be my last visit here!!

Had to endure rude service (questions on payment mode being ignored, wordless and sour-faced staff) while waiting for my plain waffle to be ready. Haven't visited this branch for its waffle for a while and was sorely disappointed. Putting bad service aside, the waffle was underwhelming and tasted like they scrimped on the batter.

Waffle is quite disappointing. Used to have thick and soft waffle. The quality now is hard and dry and the heat setting control is bad. Most probably they have cut down on their batter ratio causing it to get burnt more easily.
